Amazing workmanship and very helpful technicians. I had two motor vehicles done and they restored it back to factory condition. I will use these guys again if I need any work done on any of my vehicles!

Terrible experience. Car wasnt repaired properly, bumper was a totally different colour, held in place with rusty screws instead of bumper clips. Kept the car for an extremely long time.. terrible communication

Worst shop ever. Car went in for repairs, after an accident. Went back twice, explained the engine light keeps on going on. Needless to say after the car went back twice, it was sent to another panel beater, and the car was written off, as the engine was more damaged after it went to this shop!!!! SHOCKING

This company has LIED to me for 6months and counting. My car was in an accident Oct 2019. It was booked in for repairs in Nov 2019. I called every week to check if my boot and bumper had been fixed. All I got is lies and excuses till today March 2020. Mind you in December a man named Allan told my husband that my car was done and was being sprayed. What a joke!!!!!If @autobudget sends your car to them. Refuse!!!!!!!!! 6 months later my car was declared a write off and they are returning worse than it came in!!!!

What can be said about a panel beaters? Not being one that makes a habit out of using their services, I cannot compare them to their competitors as far as pricing and quality of workmanship is concerned. The staff is very friendly and polite, but they do take a long time to turn around their jobs... at least that seems to be my experience with them. The repairs seem to be OK, but my vehicle must be returned to them soon to have some finishing touches applied.

Worst experience ever my car was in for repairs got it back all fixed but they broke my gear lever i drove my car 5 weeks before it went in for repairs got my car back and couldnt find any gears left my car with them as they said they will sort it out waited 9 day before any response i phoned them no answer phoned my insurance to sort it out insurance and the repair center both buddys decided not to pay im stuck with a R9171.25 problem that wasnt even caused by myself or the accident i went to fetch my car and canceled my insurance with outsurance

Completely misinformed my insurance company re the nature of the damaged. For that reason the claim was denied. Water damage on roof. The assessor said the car rolled. 😂

Terrible lot! From the Foreman (Charlie) who is highly temperamental and uncultured to his superiors (Vernon in particular) who never answer their calls and passing the buck when they do.I supplied them a second hand Huundai i10 Tailgate on the 26th of February 2020. And suddenly they claimed they had paid into my account even though I had not Invoiced them yet. They still holding on to my money to date.

Beyond disappointing, less than professional job done on my car first time car had over spray all over the car including the beading which is meant to remain black, and ripples in the paint. Sent it back for them to fix the job and got my car back with a battery that no longer worked and they refuse to take accountability for damaging my battery while my car was with them. There are still ripples in the paint job. I would not send anyone to them for any work to be done and I have reported them to my insurance company.

Useless panelbeater. Waited nearly 3 months for a front fender to be fixed. Just used any screws to fit the inner wheel linner back. Shocking service. Stay far away. Outsurance approved. Worst insurance company in South Africa. Dont insure with them either.
