Secure clean safe complex

Please be very aware before buying at The Curve. Since we moved in two and a half years ago we have been plagued by water damage. Everything was repaired after a year of battling. Obviously not properly. As the Damp is back. And now for our account. It is absolutely disgusting !!!!Especially as we bought new because we could not afford repairs. I am a pensioner due to ill health and we only have one income.

Pros: Nice Modern units. Very affordable Fibre internet network. Security.Cons: Barking dogs. Complex is across the road from a Pub and Action sports centre, which means drunken noise almost every night of the week. Small Pool.Verdict: Very nice complex if you dont stay on the road side of the complex!
