Owner is very helpful. The space is safe and quiet. Security is tight.

The apartment I wanted has a funny layout the bedroom comes first before the kitchen

I lived there for a couple of months the management is terrible and they just want money firstly they wanted to charge us for dirty ceiling and we only lived there 3 months. If something needed to be fixed management didnt care you had to fix it yourself or you would be charged for it, then we moved out and they didnt not tell us about a missing oven pan witch we didnt get one with the unit but they want to charge us R705 for the pan, rent is ridiculous and water bill aswell. Management does not care about there tenants would not recommend moving here

Ive lived here for two years because of convenience but honestly regret staying. I cannot wait until my lease is over. Management is TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Reporting an issue is as if you yourself did it. My sliding door broke and my call was rejected when reporting it. I currently have an ant infestation, which means I wake up to a ball of ants in my bathroom each and every day and my messages where blue ticked by management. My water bill was over R800 for a single person and when reporting that there has to be an issue, we were told there cannot be only because of meter readings - to find out that there was a leak in an underground pipe. I was constantly hit on by a security guard to the extent he would knock on my door and nothing came from this too. I cannot wait for this year to end to leave.

What a bunch of thieves!! Units are ridiculously over prices and rooms are tiny! Every month our water bill increased by R100 leaving us with a final bill over R800. Extra charges were billed for things not mentioned from the beginning. Complex is noisy and people were inconsiderate to those around them! Seeff are useless and leave you in the dark once a lease has been signed. I was very unhappy living in this complex and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Modern and spacious units with private balconies and contemporary finishes. Security is excellent in this complex.

Cheaply built, very small spaces, ridiculous amounts of noise and in a horrible area. Guards are unfriendly and very invasive. if you stay here be guaranteed to be woken up by guards shining torches through your window

Seeff staff and management are very rude. They with held information from tenants. They are incompetent . Very unhelpful . Work structure very unethical . Rent prices are very ridiculously high, unknown extra charges added to our bill every month which we were not notified of . When we moved out they refused to help us with information regarding maintenance of the apartment .

Beautiful complex with stunning interiors but ... Rooms are small. Guards are useless and the people at Seef are rude, inconsiderate and full of empty promises. Places are falling apart and cheaply built. Walls disintegrate with the heavy rain fall.Horrible place to live and horrible people to deal with.Got locked in my bathroom as well as my bedroom and they took 2 weeks to fix the door. Would not recommend this complex to anybody.

Great apartments, great surrounding, peace and quiet.

Very good security, very nice flats, a lot of noise because of the on going construction but other than that the place is imaculate
