Prices are good, just not great for the person looking for special deals and discounts

Adendorff for a DIY guy like myself is like walking around a candy store for a kid. They have just about everything youd need to set up any kind of workshop possible. Great prices on quality tools, big and small. I came across specialist tools I never wouldve guessed were available in EL. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bad , sloppy service. Sales persons ignore you when you want to pay... And are very unfriendly. Some of the coloured staffers need to take their vulgar language outside, instead of broadcasting it in front of customers.I dont know why this company employs dysfunctional staff..!

Great service and quite a range of tools

Hi. Im very disappointed in this company. Actually in the shop in East London. I bought a table saw havy duty. The motor blow up and started flame. I spoke to the manager. Guess what he told me. I used Id wrong. .I need to buy a new motor. The saw is 3 months old. I want to buy an other saw. They dont want sell me . This is not a service I assume.

Shop is well stocked and prices are great. You are greeted lovely at the door - once you make it to the shop floor, the customer service is poor... Took me a while of standing around to be helped and when discussed with the staff while checking out, he got all cocky. By the looks of things, if it looks like you do not deserve service... That is exactly how you will be treated.

Sales person went that extra mile to help & sell the specific product (which we purchsed).

I actually rate the shop its self much higher.. but the service I got on my last encounter, was below poor. It was to make u more sick then corona its self. I love the shop and its products. I have been shopping at Adendorff when they were only based in jhb. We had to buy the car mags to get the brochures to buy throw the post for many years. Then PE g It its branch which made it a bit easier.. but the salesman was rude after mistakes made through pure laziness Nothing more. It would have been better if the salesman just took 2mins to check for the product on his computer, instead of just saying no stock.. and then passing me on to the next junior salesman. The interfering rudely thereafter. I only wanted to make 1 single purchase, I was attended by 3 different salesman on that purchase. Does that even make sense.. why is that?
