Had a Christmas lunch with my family today in Primi and I definitely would not recommend this place coz its not worth the money you pay for, It will cost you twice the amount you pay Spur, Ocean Basket and the others.... The Service is poor that I only get my drinks when Im about to finish my meal, six buffalo wings for R100+, malva pudding for R54 and its dry with little custard and my wife order a chili chicken and the chicken is not chili at all, and soon and on, all in all for a family that is compose of 5 people we paid almost a R1000 rand

PATHETIC!TASTELESS FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE.THE BALL HAS REALLY DROPPED FROM THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO.WAITER WAS SO RUDE WHEN I TIPPED A LITTLE LESS THAN USUAL BECAUSE I WAS REALLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE STANDARDS AND QUALITY. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

The only good thing was the Liverpool score... even it was only against Bournemouth!Poor service, no stock of wines, poor hygiene, 30% full and a 45min wait for a pizza and a salad. Unacceptable!

Abysmal service - the person we thought was a trainee, due to the incompetence displayed (got a straight-forward order wrong after repeating it three times), turned out to be the manager.We ordered our coffee and food at the same time. The food came after quite a long wait, but they completely forgot about the coffee.Other Primi restaurants are delightfull, but this one is in serious need of a competent manager.This will definitely be the last time we spend any money at this restaurant.

Huge staff shortage as we had to wait for ages before we could place an order or even get our bill. The staff are definitely not trained properly. As soon a you pay, they turn their back and walk away.

Today was my first time at Primi (EL) and I was so disappointed! You guys need to shut down! I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Im sure the cocktails were made with water from the loo. The food was absolutely horrible! To think that was my favourite restaurant in CPT💔 I really expected more from the staff, they served a 17 y/o a cocktail but she ordered a mocktail 😡

Extremely disgusting, poor staff attendance, for those prices the food was tasteless and the quality and quantity definitely not worth it. The staff member who served us didnt introduce himself and when it came to the bill he showed no interest because he was too busy talking to another member. Im disgusted and disappointed. A total waste of time and money!!!

For an empty Resturant, service is very poor, long wait, forgotten order, do you guys actually care about your success?

Waitresses are not well trained ,they have no clue how to do their job properly . Every time I have been here they have messed up our food orders and are extremely slow and unapologetic. My family and I will not come here again .

Waited until I left no one bothered to take my order.Pathetic service.

Went to Primi today sat down and left the menus were put on the table they were dirty did not want to touch them the smell smelt blike a dirty kitchen the floors were filthy broken floor tiles the floor was being mopped and all the dirt off the floor was being swept into the kitchen The carpet at the kiddies counter is black with grime this is disgusting we left before we decided to oder

Not quite sure whats going on at this restaurant as Primi is a great brand, but they have dropped the ball at this venue. Food not up to standard, and the service is shocking

The owner or manager whoever the guy was, needs a lesson on how to treat customers.
