Wasnt attended to when we got here but the service was quickly recovered and the team was very very friendly. Food was great. We had the Thursday big family Feast for R299. It was worth it. Theres a childrens play Centre. Sanitizer Bottle on each table .

Terrible service. Ordered a takeaway pizza, but could not get a taxi back home. Tried to change the order to just eat the pizza at Hemingway Panarottis, willing to order additional drinks, but the manager said it’s not allowed. THOSE ARE THE RULES AND HE DOESN’T MAKE THEM!!!!!Not interested to make the customer happy. Really!!!?

Well I commend the staff and I mean all of them. Always excellent service. Dont ever wait long for your orders. And always a follow-up by not only the manager but by waiters as well making sure you happy with your meal and service. Come to think of it we dont even bother going anywhere else any more. Your staff is doing an excellent .Including your kitchen staff. KEEP IT UP I DONT WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Always great going to Panarottis all over! Staff are friendly and the manager even more so at Hemingways! For those interested and reading this, the Halaal in the name means Halaal. So no alcohol or pork, but do not let a little thing like that keep you away. It actually in my honest opinion, makes it even more of a family friendly restaurant. Oh, and a play area is also available for the young ones.

First time visiting Panarottis and good experience really enjoyed the meal.

It was an absolute delight visiting the panarottis. Weve had it ages ago due to there not being a halaal store near us. The pizzas were Devine , so were the prawn starters and Macon cheese roll. Service was excellent, prices are bit steep but it was worth it.

Panarottis is a good place for Italian food, and has recently transitioned into serving fully halaal food. While the restaurant is inclusive (always a positive) and the food is good, it isnt as good as it used to be since management changed. In order to maintain halaal status, necessary substitutes are used e.g. macon instead of bacon. May leave more to be desired. Would still eat here again.

Took my family to Panarottis, Hemingways last night as we had not been there in a long time. 4 meals ordered. The only one that was ok was the pasta dish. The other 3 meals were 1 x fillet steak and 2 x chicken schnitzels. The fillet was so encrusted with black peppercorns that my son could not eat it. The plate arrived with just the steak and a portion of pale, insipid looking chips. No garnish to make the plate attractive. The chips were so pale they looked like they had just sniffed the oil for a few seconds. The plates with the chicken schnitzels looked the same, just the schnitzels and the chips, nothing to make the plate look attractive at all. I commented that the take-away food from a local chicken drive-through was more pleasing to look at. Some people at work today said to me:... Well. when you go to a pizza-pasta restaurant you should never order things like steak as it is not their speciality, but I find that to be a weak excuse. If the restaurant cant produce something worthwhile then they should rather remove it from the menu and stick to what they can do. The full bill came to R638.00. Never, ever again!
