Sent a quote request through to admin, received no response - when I called to follow up I was told that she is not sales but has forwarded it; however she cannot assist other than transferring the call. Also tried to speak to someone in sales and there was no answer.Very disappointed and unsatisfied

Wonderful Staff at great prices!

Management are always helpful and friendly, however the salesmen require some lessons on how to be friendly and helpful. The store itself has everything you need in terms of hardware and more. Worth taking the time to just walk through to see what they have on their shelves.

As a female , I love going to Vincent Hardware whenever I need advice or to purchase anything HARDWARE related whether it be paint, gardening tools, light bulbs or wire!!
