I have a great experience and I cant complain

Ive had reasonably good service from this store.However, management still needs to be more proactive in ensuring customers are looked after... Managers, please Walk the floor , and help customers ... And ensure they dont wait too long at the tills...!

Great hardware store. I routinely find items a good couple of bucks cheaper than other hardware stores. Very wide variety. I can safely recommend this store to anyone as a real one-stop-shop.

Was pretty disappointed at how the customer service at this shop has become non existent. Went in at just after lunch and there was literally no one on the shop floor to help me. Lady with blond hair and spectacles at the front desk couldn’t even find the time to look up from her phone to greet me. Not good... The manager really needs to step up managing the staff and getting the service levels right

There is the other person called Jerome his service is perfecto we have done the quote I was also surprised that after making payment Jerome has already started collecting our small items we bought in the trolley while we busy with the guys on the other side with timber and roof sheet all in all we spent a very short period of time to buy very plentiful and big items as I expected to THANKS TO BUCO STAFF KEEP IT UP

Really amazing to see another shop with different items , unfortunately the brackets we needed for an ancient shower door were not available so my clever husband manufactured another plan for the rollers . Loved the fancy cabinets and side boards but as they are pure wood they also are very pricey .

This is a little gem in East London. Very well stocked and reasonably priced. Found that it helps to ask if that is the best price shown on an item. Often they will discount it.

This place has so much cool stuff. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I doubt youd get this kind of variety and pricing elsewhere.

They have quite a variety of items. Really beautiful things for the home but a bit pricey.

They have a lot of stock but some of the pricing is not very competitive. The levels of service are somewhat variable, for example electrical is very helpful but then other sections are not really as good. I would give this 3.5 stars if I could.

One of my favourite DIY stores in East London. The staff are knowledgeable re their products offered in the various departments. There is a huge selection of building materials as well as indoor braaiCabinets. Large selection of rugged garden furniture. Plenty of free parking space as well. Shop and enjoy your experience.

I went especially to find Boerboel Clothing brand made famous by Afrikaans song Wys jou Vleis. Love the clothes. Pretty cool no matter your age and very reasonably priced

A variety of products available but the store could do better in well equipping staff with a bit more knowledge about the products.

What a time waster each department has to waste precious time by filling out papers to give you discount, which takes forever. Then the tellers take another half an hour to get the stuff talleyd up. Be prepared to spend all day in buco if you want to shop there. Im looking for a more efficient way to shop.

There is a great deal of hardware, DIY and home maintenance items to choose from which make your shopping a lot easier when you can get everything from o e place. Unfortunately the service was not up to scratch. I walked around the store looking for an items with no assistance and I could not even fi d someone to ask. The ladies at the front desk were chatting it up... ended up going next door to build it for the items I needed.

Often pop in for material and deal with Wayne in the electrical department, hes very friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for you.

They have a good range of building, household and DIY stuff, but the plumbing section has not had what I needed twice: pan collars and 90 degree taps for isolating a toilet, for example.

Little disappointed by the lack of knowledge. Took fittings in to be replaced. Almost got the wrong one, but lucky I checked. Bring plumbing there is loads of upselling to do. Plumbers tape etc. Im no hardware fundi and was looking for advise and help and there wasnt much offered.
