The service is very very slow considering that they call it a fly-thru. The staff not as friendly as you would expect but maybe because they know that it is the only Chicken Licken in town. Experience coule be different for everyone else but from my side I always prepare to wait quite sometime, the chicken is nice though

The Fly thru was crawl thru. Broken intercom system. Why could he not send people to car to get orders. Very bad service.

It is with sadness that this outlet closed around 17:30 whilst at the door operating hours are up to 21:00 whereas online it states 20:00. Really as consumers or customers we felt we are not taken seriously or valued. Worse the staff did not even bother to come explain they were busy cleaning the store. Please change operating times from the door and on line so that we don’t get deceived.

If I could post 0 stars I would. Service level and service delivery is the worst that i have ever experienced in the whole country. Waited in the drive through for over an hour - I will never go back no matter what changes.

We went to ghe east london one where service was okish however with our 3 sets of full meals we only got 3 sachets of hot sauce. Meaning that 9 ppl dit not get sauce nd we ordered take aways😒

To my surprise park and walk in to order inside was faster than the drive through service. I left long before the cars that were queuing infront of me on the drive through. That was lovely!

The food is great, up to the standard of Chicken Licken. The drive thru or as they say the fly thru can do with some improvement, because when it is busy u can spend between 15-30min on the fly thru. Hence the 4 stars rating

Was in the drive thru queue only to get to the window and be told they dont have burgers. The least they could have done is have someone inform the cars. We were stuck in the drive thru even though we couldnt get what we came for. Im quite upset

As a chili sauce connoisseur, trust me when I say Chicken Lickens home brand Soul Fire Chilli Sauce is one of my all time favourites. It really should be added to all supermarket shelves. If better marketed it could rival Tobasco at a much more affordable price. 🌶 🌶 🌶
