After 2 1/2 years, I remembered the treatment I last got at the hands of Candace and walked in prepared for another round. It turned out so great, theyve manned the kiosk with nice people instead of big-headed know-it-alls who want to argue with their clients. Happy to say, shes been locked up in their warehouse. Good move - no people skills. The kiosk is enjoyable again and I can at least concentrate on remarking on their business, efficient, helpful, civil and polite

This is probably the only branch in South Africa that I enjoy dealing with. Deliveries and collections are always quicker than anticipated.

Good day, I just want to commend one of your drivers called Isaac. I ordered a gift for valentines on Thursday last week and did not even think it would arrive in time for valentines. However on Saturday morning I received a phone call at 6.20am and spoke to a gent called Isaac from the courier guy. He apologized for calling so early but also asked for my address as only my name as well as the suburb was on the delivery note. I told him was working from 8-1pm and he said consider it delivered and it was at about 11.10 he arrived at my workplace and delivered the valentines gift. Well done on the good service.

I handed in a parcel at the East London branch, to be delivered in Pretoria. This was delivered in 24 hours of handing in the parcel. The price was very reasonable. The parcel was then collected in Pretoria and was back in East London in 24 hours again. Very impressive service.

Poor service an over night courier only to be received a week later.. My parcel has been on their warehouse floor for a week now on tracking my parcel. I called to check only to be informed my parcel package has been torn and dont know if the items are in good order... Why wait until i check with them.. No notification that my parcel is with them for 2 days ive been calling and told same story... I would not recommend their service to anyone.

My parcel was on their warehouse floor for about a week as per tracking information. Then despite calling and asking every day for 3 days when my parcel would be delivered they kept saying it would be that day (for 3 days) eventually on the 4th day I was told my delivery address was undeliverable despite them having delivered to that address before. I then made arrangements to collect my own parcel as they were full of excuses. Will never use this company again and wont recommend them to anyone

I run my own business and use the courier guy at least 1ce a week. Their service is great and their prices even beter.

I dropped off a parcel to go from EL to PTA on Friday afternoon and was delivered early Monday morning. And it was on Economy Road Freight at a really good price. Am super happy with their service.

My parcel arrived in East London on Friday 29th January 20210 @ 3pm.On Monday 1st February 2021 @ 10am I was told that it will only bedelivered on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 as driver has to many deliveries. I do not see the logic in this. How is it possible that a parcel arrived at 3 on Friday and on Monday to many deliveries.This is not the 1st time this happened. When you are lucky enough to get hold of them OR they make the effort to come back to you then you are told it is too late or to many deliveries. Pure INCOMPETENCE from this company and the management. If this never happened before, it would have been accepted and understood. Too many a time this has happened and the same excuse. POOR MANAGEMENT and incompetence.The worst courier company I have ever dealt with.

They damaged the legs of my Yamaha AV Receiver although the packaging strongly advised Do Not Stack On Top Of Fragile Parcel and it did not arrive on the day they promised.

What a poor service my parcel was sent off from JNB 11 days ago till today Im still waiting been phoning the whole week no luck finally got through to the after hour number the lady took my details promised to call me back and have been ignoring my calls since then , I managed to go the Chamberlain branch in Berea was told my parcel is in Woodbrook I must go and fetch it there they close at 7 I insisted that I will wait and the gentleman told me its fine but at 5pm he is closing up. Theres is no customer service as for professionalism huh they are all a joke.

Ive been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now, i emailed them last week and they said it was delivered and the driver couldnt reach, no one called me to tell me their are getting lost or anything. They said theyll deliver it tomorrow i waited the whole day for them to call but nothing and now they are starting to piss me off.

Just to show how slow and unresponsive they are i ordered another parcel from pretoria and that allready arived yesterday with fast way courier they are 5000% than the courier guy

Tracked it on Monday the 18th and it was despatched for delivery but I never received it and it was returned to depot then today called the east London kiosk they did not answer the phone, went back to the east London kiosk and I was told that my parcel was being delivered and I asked for the drivers name and number, they refused to give me... I have been waiting for the delivery until now 😠😡

Struggling to trace a parcel that has been lying dormant on their floor in my town for 5 days. Phoned and get past around between various people numerous times. Phone calls have cost probably an hour. Highly recommend to use somebody else.

I would really like to give The Courier Guy a positive rating, but in all honesty I cannot. The service I received in a week with 4 packages was shocking to put it mildly. No tracking information and total confusion at the Courier Guy East London.

I have not had a single success story with The Courier Guy. They are really unreliable. Shipping is never on time and from time to time packages get lost. You call the call centre and no one seems to know what’s going on at other facilities. You get sent to wrong places to pick up packages (which should have been delivered in the first place). When you pay for a service, you expect to get what you paid for... don’t expect that with The Courier Guy. I personally will never use them.

Never answers their phone. The one lady sitting there watching the phone ring, eating her rusk. The other one shouting remarks that she has to look for a parcel. Really bad service. Managent seriously needs to look into this place.
