Shi-Ann is extremely helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. Helped me sort out a parcel that was incorrectly handed to another courier company. She managed to collect the parcel and had it delivered to Pretoria in record time. So impressed with her. Thank you Shi-Ann, you really are amazing. Great service and always cheerful.

I received a notification that my parcel will be delivered on 14 May. This did not happen? I checked the tracking and according to that the driver ran out of time. The parcel was returned to the depot in East London. Now my delivery date is set to 17 May. I triedcontacting the depot and there was no answer. Aft er calling the Jhb depot and the lady contacting Eaat London I still had to call tjem back. It was confirmed that the parvel is in EL. I wanted to drive the 180 kto fetch it from the depot, however the person assisting me said that they were closing at 11:30. According to the webpage they shiuld be closing at 13:00. This is totally unacceptable servixe.

I rocked up unannounced on a Saturday after I saw my parcel had landed there. Even though the depot was only manned by skeleton staff, I was professionally assisted.Side note: the carports are low so a double cab bakkies canopy will lightly touch the roof....

After being sent from pillar to post I eventually drove more than 60km there and back to go and fetch the parcel myself today. They have missed 3 delivery dates up until today. I was assured multiple times telephonically that my package would be delivered on said dates, only to be told the driver ran out of time on all 3 dates. Furthermore on arrival at their offices no Covid protocols were in place, not a single person in that building had a mask on their faces.

These people at so un professional they made me wait the whole day for our parcel. When I phone to querry about it they just bluntly told us that the driver was delayed. No one called us to inform us but yet they have our contact details. We asked to speak to the manager but was also told that she was to busy to talk to us. They are not helpful at all and on top of it you have to phone over ons over again before anyone answers the phone.Very very disappointed!!I dont know why Homechoice even use this company at all. 😡

They have a very disappointing service, they never deliver first time, my parcels are always rescheduled, they dont contact you and let you know what is happening and I had a parcel turned back by them. They always have challenges delivering. You have to call in and nag for you parcel to be delivered.

Very much unprofessional1st day they claimed that the parcel is out for delivery on 27/10/2020 and I waited the whole day only to receive a message late at about 17h41 that they were unable to deliver the parcel due to the fact that it was closed on their arrival. I am asking myself how could that be and the driver never even contacted me as they do have my contacts. I will never ever use it again and will also make the sender aware of how unprofessional the courier company is. Its high time that Telkom refrain from using this courier.2nd day went by without receiving a parcel which I was told again its out for delivery 28/10/2020, only to receive the same programmed message in the evening closed on arrival . What does one call this? Unprofessionalism and being unreliable. The owner and Telkom need to do something about this.

Ive been for my parcel since the 4 December, they dont deliver on time and they dont even call you to update. I called today they said the parcel is on delivery but still nothing. So fed up

The worst courier service Ive ever experienced...These guys ignore any changes done by the customer on their online system, why they have it? I dont know.I saw that my packaged was assigned to a driver on their tracking system but they never bothered showing up and I got a message saying that they do not have my contact despite my contact appearing on their tracking system and me calling to check up on the delivery because I suspected they could have missed the change I made online.When they came to deliver at my office today I was on the phone so the driver decided to leave without even waiting 2 minutes and when I called the offices again about this the person who deals with the tracking customer support was just absolutely rude and unfriendly.I will never use these guys and I will forward my complaint to the sender, Telkom, too.

Absolutely rediculous service! My parcel was meant to be delivered on Friday, 14 December 2018 but I received an email saying Contact not available which is absolute rubbish as I ensured there would be somebody at the delivery address for the entire day! I then contacted the East London office stating this & pleaded for them to return as I required my parcel as a matter of urgency, yet nothing was done about this. I needed this parcel to complete an order which I then had to cancel due to your incompitance & possibly lost future business from this client! It is now Tuesday, 18 December 2018 & I received an SMS stating my parcel is out for delivery today yet I have still not received it & it is now 5PM! I am highly annoyed with your service or let me rather say lack thereof!
