We were a group of about 8. Coffee was brought one by one and take aways were served quicker. 2nd visit was better but not a WOW experience

This place serves a great Cortado.Its also a great place to take your laptop and get some work done, there is good wifi.

The service is excellent and friendly. The food is delicious and the portions are great. Ill be back here soon. Oh and the coffee is good.

We went there for brunch and the first thing we noted was the amazing service before we even received our food. The staff was really friendly. The prices are also very reasonable considering the portions & good food we received.

Good coffee, friendly staff, nice vibe, inside and outside seating and flexible menu. What more would you want?

It was our 1st time and Urban Junction. Food very good and value for money. The service is very poor though. We eventually fetched menus ourselves. Then waited again to place our order with a disinterested waitress. We were taken aback by this. Rather unusual.

Very disappointed. Manageress very disinterested. Unprofessional and impolite. Arrives late. No apologies to the clients. Walks with hands in the pockets of her jacket. Spends more time outside on cellphone than in the restaurant

This is a valiant effort for East London. Good location with parking, good use of space and the coffee shows promise. It deserves support.One criticism however, even in EL cafes should have wifi by now. A no wifi cafe is just not acceptable in 2019.

Terrible how quality can drop in a year. Dropped from 5 star rating to 1 star. I had breakfast there on Monday this week. The Poached eggs were hard and made with a mold, not properly. The replacement fried eggs were again hard. The tomato sauce which was supplied and poured all over the chips on the plate was disgustingly off/sour. We were given a replacement bottle 10 minutes later, but no offer to replace the spoiled food. Even though the issues were calmly and kindly explained to the staff, they were rude and irritated at the extra work. Paid full price for half a meal. You simply cannot run a business like that. Very disappointed.

Atmosphere great food average. Tea ordered not available so had to take sometime g else. Teapot handle broken and milk jug cracked and brown in crack.

Disappointing!! To start off, the tables and chairs were wobbly and broken, we moved to another table which was no better. The waiter, Tawanda who served us was very friendly, polite and helpful. We ordered the Junktion Junkie and although well prepared was nothing special. I had the Red Juice which was pretty bland and my wife had a cappuccino which she said was ok. To top it off there were flies buzzing around our food the whole time. I dont think Ill become a regular visitor.

Just tried to phone your shop to place a collection order and I had a waitress answer the phone Utini Bra ? Really? Then they dropped the phone on me 2 times, management here needs to get rid of staff like that. To the owner: its going to destroy your business!!!
