The speed of service at this outlet was APPALLING! We were in the drive thru for about 25 minutes.At each station I expected something to change - like a fool. The only window that provided fast service was the pay gate - go figure.I wondered whether it was new staff, or staff in training, but then I realiaed that the drive thru was receiving poor service from the kitchen.There were only about 5 cars in the queue too.I wouldve complained then and there, but I was heading back to Gqeberha and needed to get back on the road.Just dont go there....

Can be full on busy weekends but they try get the orders out quickly and calmly

Not satisfied at all with drive through service. My meal did not have salt or pepper for a breakfast meal, the eggs 🙆 I am speechless. Not cool at all

Very disappointed.first the lady gave me the wrong order,4 large strawberry milkshakes instead of chocolate,then she got the odesity to tell me to park my car and go upstairs to change it,i refused,i told her and even showed her my slip,after about 20 minutes our milkshakes arrived but mine didnt taste nice,i was to mad to complain again just in case i get a special order if you know what i mean,bottomline terrible service if i can give them 0 stars i would

Fantastic place and clean. Cashier was nice

2nd time Ive been there, they were still slow, slow to take the order, slow to take payment and very very slow to bring the order. And on top of that we got half filled chips but we ordered large. And I dont understand why they were slow, we were the only car at the drive thru at that specific moment.

Friendly service; however 20+ min at a drive-thru has to be some sort of record.

I got a bad service in Mc Donalds Oxford Street 02 September 2021 i rhen called around 17:40 to get the name of the cashier by the drive through.This lady even threatened me that she will find me and will show me shes not scared of me i dont know where all that was coming from from just telling her she shouldnt give me an attitude when i am asking for price of a Spicy folder Reg meal.03 September 2021 i got thru and spoke to a manager that promised to give me the cashiers name. Been waiting since past 9 am till now.Their phone is engaged not going through.

If youre out of goods, a sign should be put up especially for the drive-thru. Ordered an alternative that was also almost stock, watched the employee scrape chocolate sauce with a teaspoon for ice cream Sunday

I love McDonald, I really do.. but this thing is driving me away. I can’t order a large meal and you give this really... where is sauce? Where is rest cucumber? And the rest of what supposed to be there? No man!!!! where is the rest of my fries? Please don’t fool people!!! We have problems to deal with not worry about money I lost @ McDonald’s lousy meals.. Very slow service, I took 50 minutes on a drive through for just Oreo Mcflurry, they say they were short staffed.

Convinient and accessible location to everyone, especially those who are driving through the CBD, using the coastal route to get to Gqeberha and ultimately Cape Town. Excellent and quick service they provide.

The service was terribly slow. The stuff was mean and EXTREMELY SLOW. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Has no regards for waiting customers and has attitude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAC DONALD AT ALL!!! Last night at approximately 18:13 i ordered 1 quater pounder with cheese meal, 2 x quarter pounder and a 10 piece spicy nuggets. Get home and no nuggets... not the first time the McD has stolen from my order and as per usual i do not expect a response. So go check all your cameras and congratulate the person who stole my nuggetsWhat amazes me is why you ask me to contact your customer care line, because clearly you dont care about customers as i am still waiting for someone to get back to me. Pathetic

If you compare it to the McDs in Vincent the drive through is quicker, a little tight to drive around but not terrible.Four star because I have had a burger there that was like carboard. I think perhaps their stock moves a little slower becaus there is a KFC across the road. I just got there early morning and got one of yesterdays burgers

Terrible service, staff there full of attitude. Not adhering to Covid regulations, no sanitizer at entrance, you walk in then find sanitizer, no temperature reading done.

It was not because i didnt get the fries which i was looking for.

We ordered two Stoneys for some our drinks and they gave us Fanta Oranges instead, when we politely the sister who was at collection part of the drive through to fix the mix up she decided to be rude to us despite us being polite

Can youll fix the redemption scanner at the drive thru. Its really a mission to go around and park your car, then go up those 100 steep stairs as if Im tryna exercise my glutes and find a queue or arrive dead from exhaustion. None other than that youll are cool and I love yall but just the scanner and youll get that 100% 5 star coz its been over months now.

Waited for more than half an hour for my order, if one of the ladies,who was cleaning, didnt ask to check my slip, it would have probably been an hour.

Parking is a challenge here. Their service is slow.
