Its a relatively normal paced drive through. Sometimes you have to speak up your order coz they cant hear you but you get it on schedule by the 3rd window. Unless the order is gigantic of course. The inside is really pretty and there is the self ordering option.

Absolutely disgusting service. What is the point of having 2 service intercoms when only 1 person is working for both? This messes up the ordering system, my latest (and not first) experience made me so angry because I was sitting behind another customer waiting to place an order while an order was being taken at the other intercom, while this was taking place, a 4th customer arrived and drove in behind the customer currently placing an order(1st customer) . Once that order was placed, the 4th customer drove forward and started to place an order, leaving the 2nd customer and myself (3rd customer) STILL waiting to place an order. This is not fair and poor staff skills and I feel that the 2nd intercom is not needed due to these kinds of mess ups. The manager then proceeded to tell me she will speak with the person taking orders. I dont feel its thats persons fault, but the stores fault in general. Train staff better and work the sytem better. I WILL NEVER go back to this McDonalds store ever again.

Takes so long to oder in side. And when i received the cajun chicken burger, there was no patty on the bun.

Very long wait. Wrong order taken. Had to correct with cashier. Had to then wait for balance. Very slow. Obviously not coping. And then to have beggars come to your car window.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and social distance is practiced so it is safe to visit and eat-in.

Generally slow to get through the drive through but food is always good quality.

I was so irritated by what I saw. 2 ordering booth. 1 had and 5/6 cars. The other just 1 car. So I went behind the 1 car. Got there, the lady talking from the booth and the customer were having a lekker chat. Laughing and all while cues are stacking up. Shame, old man and his wife on the order booth kept on saying hello about 4/5 times for assistance. That irritated quite a few of us there.

I am utterly disappointed in your service,I write this review while standing waiting for my order for + 40mins my kids are hungry in the car the guy taking my order thru Drive Thru all along never took my order and never bothered to check while I sat in my car waiting to pay while he was busy taking other people’s orders never bothered to check as I was about to pay in Collecting window was told to get inside as my order was already prepared I just need to come in and pay I am still standing here for another 20 mins I am furious I don’t think il ever use this branch again as I had to start over my order again I am still waiting as yet

The telesales lady that was assisting was so much fun yo interact with. Asked if the kids are sorted, and what about Hubby 🤣🤣🤣, and went as far as suggesting this that she can scan with the app on her phone for me to get a cupcake with the kids ice cream.

The food is good but the drive thru is a nightmare it does not serve its purpose at all. Please replace the portable machine and improve your time in the kitchen if the challenge is there also so that we can fly thru and eat while we are still excited.

One of the better McDs. Some staff are more intolerant of not-the-norm circumstances here. But as in the rest of SA, theres good people everywhere - even here. They make up for the intolerance of the few.Circumstances: Coffee machine was broken, I go there for WiFi and say thank you by buying coffee. So I sat. It didnt take long for bossy-britches to stop by to tell me what the company policy was. Granted, she relented as it was the stores failure to provide. During Covid, youve got 1seated and you see fit to throw your weight around, after the barista has explained the why? Unimpressive non-logic.

Used to be such a great MCD venue, but the self service portals are not user friendly and t I prefer to be served by a human. The card slots were designed to be used by midgets and just dont work well. Even the drive through has become a pain with beggars hanging around the entrance by the signs. They tend to get very persistent if you simply ignore them. Good enough reason not to go back

Service was quick and efficient with friendly staff to assist. Clean and hygienic with sanitizer available. Much much better experience than my previous visits

Ordered a large double chilli cheese burger with a large chilli cheese fries. I waited 25min for my food.... And when i got back to the geust house i found out had chilli with my chips but no cheese. Probably one of the poorest experiences I have ever had at a drive through. Sitting at the order machine for 10 mins, no one talks to me. I go to the next window and they don’t even realize.On a separate occasion the person could not hear me at all, no matter how clearly I spoke.Everything is looking tatty and run down. Doesn’t look like outside of the building has been maintained since it was build.Poor poor poor

Ohw lovely service, we had a wonderful experience there, the staff is amazing , they are soo friendly especially the lady at the door, she was even chatting with my son the whole time we were there and gave him a hug when we left. Wonderful people indeed. We will definitely be going back there soon

I got the complete wrong order I asked for then when I returned to ask for my order they shouted at me and said I should not have eaten it. Unfortunately my wife ate as she did not know what I ordered as I did not order for myself, when I finally got my correct order they couldnt refund me for the new order I had to pay for so I am not happy at all. I order every weekend as I take my family out every weekend to McDonalds.

Every time we go to the drive through we WAIT AGES! Im not sure what the problem is but its every time! Perhaps more staff are needed??

I had to make a u turn from N6 due to the missing item on my order. That didnt sit well. Just imagine my petrol. Next time I will hold the que just to check the oder.

Chased me away for wearing Massai cloths saying I wasnt dressed. Manager called to apologise, but I needed the lady to do so. Each time I go there I feel like she goes and hides because I used to see her all the time up front in the past.Service is generally VERY SLOW in past month I keep visiting there. Had to wait ONE HOUR once for 3 kiddie meals and 3 ice cream cones.The drive through is just as slow.

Ive been to this McDonalds three times. The first time they only had quarter pounder. Second time my burgers was just thrown together. Yesterday was my 3rd time. I ordered 2 mc feast burgers as usual, when i got home it was 2 mc royals. I wont be going back to this mc Donalds

Went through the drive through at 9h30pm, one would assume is the quicker more efficient option. Waited 35mins and there were only 2 cars ahead of us! Shocking! Wish I didnt like the taste of the Quarter Pounder or I wouldnt even bother!

Most shocking McDs service Ive ever experienced. Waited 30mins yesterday in the drive through before receiving my small order, while 3 different staff members came to check at the window.

There service was very slow today, even got given a Big Mac with cheese whilst I requested it without cheese, even the slip also typed without cheese.

Someone in the kitchen ate my nuggets, I ordered 10 and I got 6. If you’re they that hungry, can you inform your staff to bring their homemade lunch to work. Respect goes a long way and that was highly disrespectful man.

Generally excellent service, you must make sure you check your order before u leave, they usually do not give you everything you paid for, my most disappointing experience was an incomplete cheese burger (patty was missing), the other one kiddies meal with no juice (twice)

Being a newbie to east London, I have tried this outlet as few times, it safe to say they are lacking , most of the time they out of stock of a variety of stuff on the menu in Friday the 29th of Oct, I waited in the drive thru for 30mins ,some machine was broken apparently.I wont bother with them anymore.
