Ive stayed in several Hotels across the country, Ive never seen a place so well managed. The view is to die for, the beautiful sounds of birds waking us up in the morning was just amazing. The Jacuzzi yhoo, was perfect especially after the COVID-19 STRESS and Anxiety. This place is a perfect hiding for couples inlove😉. Ann continue excelling in what you do. FESTIVE season we definitely coming back. Thank you once more.

MacKenzies is situated in a quiet suburb and is backdroped by a sprawling lawn that meets the river and a stunning rocky outcrop. Your experience is guaranteed to be memorable.

This is a perfect spot! We were staying in the cottage which is amazing and have all the amenities for a self catering unit. We were also welcomed by Ms MacKenzie who was also very hospitable. The view of the river was also breathtaking and very tranquil. The place is also near the mall and not too far from the beach which is quite awesome. Its also quite affordable.

Our host was absolutely wonderful and kind. She had very sweet animals around the property, but also understood giving space. The breakfast was great! And with a great look out!

Amazing service. The rooms have everything you need to be comfortable as well.Breath taking views with a lot of different species of birds on your front door. To relax and unwind you may enjoy some time out in a hammock, whilst overlooking the lake and hearing the sounds of birds.

From the moment I entered Mackenzie property with the view of the Nahoon river, I was enchanted by the elegance of the architecture which seemed to pull the outside natural beauty into the very heart of the inside space.... so tranquil, so absolutely what I needed to be surrounded by Mother Nature who transported me to a place of peace and calming reflection. Simply, this scene is Luscious And then I saw the wildlife and stunning bird life!!Well appointed and blissfully comfortable - honestly I could not have asked for more serenity and will surely book here again

Thanks for your hospitality, offering me an extra room free of charge for my mother, the fresh muffins you brought to our room, the chocolates on the bed, rusks in the kitchen and so many more... We stayed here after a long day of driving. MacKenzies was perfect to relax again: beautifully quiet with a wonderful view of the large garden right on the river. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Wi-Fi available. Parking on the property.
