After incorrect part was received, Alert did their utmost to speedily order the correct parts and make sure they were delivered to the repair shop which was repairing my vehicle. Being treated like a person and not a number really makes a difference.

The service there is slow,, you stand outside in a qeue for hours before you enter the shop to finf that the part youre looking for is not available,, can they improve their service to be faster
