Theyve got practically all you would need for your vehicle except engine parts however quality of service lacks here as you can expect long waiting times and incorrect orders from time to time.

Tsk, Tsk.The only good thing that came out if the visit was i got referred to Vincent Park Midas. Now heres a business where you get acknowledged. They smile! They know stuff. They have the thing. ...And obligingly make items even more affordable without being asked! Nice, lively people. Vincent park is not the sweat shop that Arcadia must be, the people there are near to zombies theyve had their wills so broken. The owners have never had a plot, so cant even say, theyve lost the plot. I wont go there, unless an absolute must. And 10:1 they wont have stock again anyway, so a waste of time & serenity.PS. And Vincent Park has scads of safe!!! parking, and easy to get in and out from.

Only issue i have is parking. Other than that, staff are well trained and prices are excellent compared to other places. The sales manager, Tarny, ensures that salesmen are top notch.

A part was ordered and I was told it ordered from PE it will be here tomorrow morning so I go the next morning only to be told it will only be there tomorrow morning its still ok so I get there to find its the wrong part and they dont carry the part I want not happy with the service

Service is not their strong point at the moment. Long queues, long waiting time. Spares not in stock, take a week to get there, before used to be 2 days. Incorrect items supplied, backwards and forwards, affecting productivity. Dont think it affects management, as long as they are not inconvenienced. Very frustrating.

This branch has a huge range of products especially vehicle consumable spares. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful especially Johan who was recommended to me . He also recommended Benji vehicle workshop nearby which fitted the parts.

Queues long, no system of serving customers. Salesman need runners to fetch stock so that queues dont become longer. Can wait up to 30min on weekends and lunch time before being served and to be told, sorry, no stock!!!!
