Timely communication was an issue (partly but definitely due to loadshedding, in fairness), USB was stolen out the cubby hole, and water pipe for the wiper tank was bent when reassembling, causing a leak, which I arranged with a mechanic to repair and reassemble properly last week.Such a pity, as first impressions when I took my car for a quote were so good and Hendry was so helpful.

Took my car there for front bumper repair, for 30days car was untouched with no probable explanation.Thirty three days later they decided to commence with the repairs which also took forever. Without me calling everyday for an update, I was gonna be in the dark and have my car not fixed. Only reason I didn’t change to another panel beater it’s because of my car Insurance.If you’re businessman like me and happen to have a minor accident DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO STAR CENTER.I am truly unhappy about their services I can never recommend anyone to them .😏😏
