Id give zero starts if I could. They make promises they cannot keep and the salesmen at the counter are beyond rude almost as if you the customer owe them a service. Heard bad things about the pe branch and I guess it applies to the east London branch as well 0/10

I would never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. Went there to have my plastic bumper repaired. Without looking at it the guys at the counter said they dont repair my make of vehicle, and referred me to another company. Only problem the company they referred me to doesnt even do bumper repairs the sell secondhand spares. I just wasted my time and petrol money trying to make use of their service. When I got home I Phoned the company when I got home. The lady answering the phone at reception was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Talking to her was the only positive experience I had with the company.
