I greeted a young man whom I think was an employee, looking for assistance instead he never took care of me . He was looking at the phone. Without any recognition. Even after he finished with the phone, he did not even ask how can I help you. It was when an old man believing was the father or senior member the I received help.

Customer service was very poor, customers are taken for granted as if were desperate clients. Attitude of front desk staff need to improve and the racial undertones where very disturbing and i ended up demanding my money back then left. I dont spend my money n racist establishment
