I made a cash deposit on the FNB Vincent Atm on the 17th of May but the transactions wasn’t successful,I went inside and they gave me a reference number of my query, I was told they will deposit the money into my account in 5 days...I have been going to the Vincent branch countless times and nothing has been done yet!!!!And no one seems to know what’s happening with that transaction.
Worst banking experience available. Did not close an account I specifically requested to be closed. Have informed me multiple times that they do not wish to have me as a client but still left the account open for over a year accuring interest. They are far better banking options out there. Do NOT use FNB.
Good day. I stood in the que in the sun today waiting to fetch my daughters card. Without a word, I promise you, FNB closed and I was left standing wondering what is happening. FNB CLEARLY dont care about anyone. Disrespect on the highest level. I have been there three days in a row and still not received the bank card. Day 4. Back in the que. Clicks have a system sending out a sms when it is nearly your turn. Sad that banks dont care enough to think this far. Then I could wait in my car or shop while I wait for the sms.
