FRIDAY THE 1ST of OCt 2021 was really the first time that I had bad service at Shell Gonubie. Next time I will rather fill up in town and not here. Very very dissapointed!!!!
I was helped by a very rood petrol tendent after filling up my petrol with out my knowledge did not even apologize to me instead was yelling and shouting at me his name is Xolani Zengeze. I know the rest of the staff is nice there bcz its the guarage that I use every time I want to fill up my petroll

Would be awesome if Shell made a drive through that allowed you to get to the shop when all the pumps are full instead of having to wait for a car to finish before being allowed to drive through to the store. A real inconvenience experienced almost daily. Makes it worth driving a few more hundred meters to Total or Caltex to avoid.
