Toilet inners are cheap and no matter what you do the toilet overflows. So you may save R200 on the toilet, but you will have to buy new cistern parts. And beware of their tile adhesive add on. I am sitting with 4 spare bags of tile adhesive that they said I would need, and I cant take it back as it is over the 7 days.

We are DISGUSTED by the after sales experience we received from this company, not only was their product defective, they treated us like liars to avoid having to reimburse us for their defective product.After confirming with the sales assistant that the mosaics we were interested in could be used for the shower, we purchased their mosaics and the mosaic cement from Pulse. Hardly 2 weeks had passed following installation of the mosaics that we noticed almost 40% of the mosaics had started turning from silver to black. After contacting the store, they sent an assessor to verify our claims. For each implausible suggestion the assessors made , we were able to refute their illogical explanations. Furthermore their customer service representative does not bother to feedback even after chasing up with them for a week.If you want to truly know if its worth dealing with a company its by their after sales support and if they * treat their customers fairly *. Pulse does not live up to this.

Located in the Springfield Park district. Attendants are not very knowledgeable or helpful. The dont carry products for older home remodeling and no very keen on directing one to other stores that make carry products the may help shoppers on stuff that they dont carry.

Alls well that ends well. My husband went through 90% of the store - wasnt able to find what we were looking for. The place isnt neat or well kept. We were discussing what we were going to do before leaving when we were approached by a sales lady.We gave her a basic description & she knew exactly what we wanted & found it in less than a minute - totally impressed. We are very happy with our tiles.The service at dispatch wasnt as expedient or friendly as the first.

The after sales service is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This after doing an order over 1.5 tons of tiles and supplies.Once tthe money crossed hands the attitudes changed. Will never buy there again.

They have all tiles you need for your home

Have to fight with sour staff to get specials as advertised. When they finally concede to honoring advertised prices you wait longer than the product is worth for them to supply you with it. One sale lady there was particularly surly (Noma) in my opinion requires extensive service training if she is to remain customer facing. A shocking retail experience.
