Great Range! Great Prices! Great Service! Friendly Staff! Only thing is that the Dispatch is way too back & gets congested when horse & trailers are loading or offloading. Just a suggestion to bring a dispatch section for retail customers to front (small items). Wholesale buyers & contractors can go & collect from dispatch at back.

I was welcomed by a polite gentleman(not sure if it was the owner)who asks if you would like some tea or coffee!The specials on certain items are unbeatable at amazing prices.The sales assistant Avlene was friendly professional and will give you her honest opinion .Will definitely do business with Cas tiles again

Absolutely appalled with the service I have received from Cas Tiles. I ordered what I thought was a large-ish order of tiles - 190 square meters. We had them delivered to our house and was sent 9 boxes of a different tile because they didnt have enough stock. I wasnt notified about it at all and my builder noticed when checking the stock and when I enquired about it I got told that they thought it was fine because they look similar. I have now been waiting almost two weeks for the 9 boxes of the right tiles to arrive. They have not communicated with me at all, I have had to follow up and multiply times I have been told that they are arriving and they never do. I have had to pay my tilers for multiple days which they have not been able to work because of unfulfilled promises from Cas Tiles! I will never recommend Cas Tiles to anyone, their communication is appalling and they only care about the sale, there customer service is nonexistent!

They have a decent stock of products but the employees are not very helpful and dont acknowledge customers that enter but rather continue talking amongst themselves, customer service seems to be in short supply.

Nice variety- sad that the service (besides one employee) is so shocking.They sell defective items and then refuse to replace/refund you even if it’s within two weeks WITH an invoice.I will not be going back.I spent R10 000, went back with two defective items I wished to have replaced (to the value of R500), I wasn’t assisted.I had to purchase a brand new item.ILLEGAL according to the Consumer Protection Act. 👎
