Fantastic service. I have never been inside the store but have twice now bought online. I called the online orders department and was helped even though most questions I asked were probably pointless. Then after ordering I called again and they were nice enough to pack my order and get it on the road. This was so quick that I was amazed. Order was placed at 16:00 and arrived the next day in Pretoria at 08:20. Would definitely recommend

Sir vape has the most brilliant customer service! I worked with James who is a super friendly and helpful person. I had a little fault on a Lost Vape product which he sorted out in no time. I did not have to argue or be an irritating/persistent client to get my issue sorted out. James cares about his clients and the service he delivers. I have been dealing with him from Cape Town and due to the brilliant customer service; I will be ordering everything from them even if I have to pay for the courier fees. Other companies should follow Sir Vapes example!

Best Vape Shop In S.A Their prices, website and overall client service is outstanding. I bet you wont find better deals anywhere else.I ordered a Drag 3 Kit , batteries, juice and coils on Tuesday 1pm and received my package the following day at 10 am. Unfortunately the mod of the Drag 3 was scratched (this happens sometimes) and I went onto their website to ask for help. James arranged for the mod I had received to get returned, and sent me a brand new one with a free 80ml e-liquid as a gift. This all happened in the same day and I received my new mod before the weekend arrived.Thank you Sir Vape for your excellent service. You will definitely see a lot more of me !!!

I actually just stopped by to get myself some mavaton X cotton and a bag of Royal wicks on my way back to Jhb, it was quite early in the morning when they just opened so I did not get to experience the Vibe of the store but Ive always wanted to visit the store, friendly service and got a Vietnamese coffee on the way out at the Sirs coffee shop, will definitely visit again when I go back to KZN on holiday. I order from them online and never have an issue, wanted to add items to my order before they shipped and it and was no problem, very helpful and accommodating.

Great setup, not large but classy. Only slight issue was that the coffeeshop did not have any of the dessert items advertised but the coffee a d service was great and the selection of vape liquids and kits/accessories very extensive. Staff were very helpful.

Sry about that. cant be bothered to email but just thought Id clear it up. my friends told me that when the colour of a vape liquid is meant to be more transparent(like the display pic on website) but it is dark yellowish(when u receive it) it means that the flavour was left in the sun for long or kept for long. just learnt its called steeping tho it still means the flavour was kept for a while(like 3-4 weeks). however I did order something from sir vape and the wrong thing was sent(was corrected).

Just starting to Vape and the advise and service was outstanding.

What a great first experience with Sir Vape. Purchased a dry vape and noted my mouth piece hearing up quite allot. I contacted Sir Vape and first they tried to trouble shoot any options on why the vape is heating up so much. With no luck sent the vape back. Sit vape continued to test the vape by a few different people and determined nothing unusual with the vape. In the end it was just me being paranoid about a vape that van explode. The returned my vape with some silicone bands to aid in the heat. So they also found a workable solution for me. They kept me up to date with the progress and after sales to see if I was happy with the silicone bands.. jup they sent me more than one! Thank you so much!!!

Still one of the best places to get juices and supplies from. Check their website first to get an idea of stock levels, although this can be off sometimes. Id recommend going earlier in the day or later in the day to avoid slower people that are there to just window shop or ask about every juice 😑

This place is jacked up! Really awesome shop. Couches with gaming consoles, building station to help you with wicks and coils. Display counter where you see all the tanks and mods. I saw three people working. So no long waits. Staff was helpful. Really cool place. Even had an arcade game.

Found this place to be the MOST affordable in KZN, great stuff and no CLONES were ever sold to me unlike other shops. Great prices - Staff dont really help you that much though THEY DO get you what you ask for. In busy times i noticed they brush you off as quick as possible just to get to the next customer but it can be understandable

My personal experience with Sir Vape.I walk into the store every week or two, only to be greeted by the freshest selection of juice and hardware. I get recommended a new juice and 95% of the time, Its delicious (100% is pretty much impossible to achieve).Every month or two I go in with my vape in pieces because I managed to smash it or lose something during a night out. Dont stress though, they have you sorted. I will show my mod to someone working there and give them a general guideline of what Im looking for. GUARANTEED, they will give you something that looks sexier than anything you could have hoped for.AAA grade establishment consisting of only fine Sirs.

Sir Vape Musgrave - the worst service and attitude I have ever received from a retail store before. Mitch has a terrible demeanor towards customers, the rest of the staff are unwilling to help - everyone in that store is unfriendly and unwilling to help. This is the 3rd time we have gone to the Musgrave store and every single time the attitude towards us has been the same (It seems like they dont even want the business so why work there or keep the shop open?). Unfortunately the vaping community talk and this is the general consensus in terms of the Musgrave store. A terrible reflection on Sir Vape Kloof who always provide us customers with amazing service.

There are plenty of other vape shops who appreciate any business and not only the big sales!!!Received bad service the last 2 times I have been there, but this black Friday specials took the cake. It was not busy yet the staff where grouping with there buddies and having conversations, serving people who cut in line and when you query it, nothing can be done!There was a time when this store was amongst the best in the country, but that time has long gone. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!No response till present from management
