My 1st experience visiting. Impressed with variety of shops, cleanliness, helpful & friendly staff. Very upset with a blatant racist attack on my partner & I. ONE particular security guard was obnoxious with regards to INSISTING we finish eating our ice-cream OUTSIDE not in the passage (just before Woolworth Store) as we sat on the bench. We refused! Yet, he did not treat another two different patrons who had masks down, in the same manner he treated us! I will be following this matter up with Centre Management.

Super clean and convenient. Got everything you could possibly need in one mall which the best thing ever no need to drive around to get to other shops. They did pretty amazing fixing the place after the looting. Definitely a 5 star mall!!

My best mall so far. Lot of secutiy personnel who habe good manners. Always assisting the elderly. All shops and toilets clean and tidy.

One of my favorite malls. Most of the stores have a wider range than their sister stores at other malls

I love this Spur! Had the chicken schnitzel and fries, which was amazing. The service is awesome, very family friendly environment, love it! Their coffee is amazing too!

Lovely mall but please stay away from Wimpy, ordered chicken fingers for my toddlers and the food was raw... absolutely disgusting......

Watercrest Mall has recovered well after the riots and is just as exciting to visit and explore as it was prior to the unrest. There is a variety of shops that makes the shoppign experience pleasureable.

Theres a shop here for virtually any need you could possibly have, and the guards and other staff are always really helpful and friendly. Its also well kept and clean at all times.

Lovely mall. Easy to access with no parking fee, very clean as well. Loved being back at the cinema!

😪😪😪 the Mall is no more. No food or stock. Totally destroyed by the mob of criminals running rampage in out beautiful country. I do believe, as a community, we will not let this get us down. We are resilient and will rebuild to have what we once had restored. Five stars 🌟 to the community that will support its rebuild.

I love this mall, free parking is the best right now. Its always clean and smelling fresh.

The mall is situated in an open space, easy to see... it has recovered very fast after the looting and it is almost at 100% working capacity.

Festive Market Superstore in Watercrest Mall is amazing!! Beautiful Christmas gifts made locally, and a lovely atmosphere!

The cinema is so well organized and all covid protocols are in place. Great experience.

Tis the only Mall close by, but not the best!Very basic and utilitarian in its finishing - not smart, posh or high-end as other Malls in and around Durban.Very grateful for that fact and especially for the free under-cover parking though!!

Well done Hillcrest Hospital.Just need to work on controlling the queues on them arrival section.Otherwise was very happy with them set up and staff efficiency was appreciated🙌🏾🙌🏾

Water Crest mall is easily accessible and its not too busy

Watercrest mall is such a great shopping center. You can easily find stores. What more interesting is that theres even a cinema for entertainment.

Watercrest Mall was hit pretty hard during the recent looting, but stores have done an excellent job returning to normal. Well done to the team, there is also a lovely wall with messages of support from the community. Some stores remain closed (like Game, Pandora, NWJ, Ackermans, etc) so be sure to check beforehand if there is a specific store that you need. Facilities in the mall are always clean and well maintained, security pleasant and convenient range for your shopping needs. The lower parking level has a carwash and there are some great activies like epic Karting and laser tag.

This is a huge Mall with a variety of shops. Lots of parking. Easy to maintain social distancing. I love this Mall.

Not to crowded in the Mall. Spar Restuarant, dont order the calamari from the Spar restaurant, deep fried was rubber fried and soft eggs also rubber. You have to ask for menus, orders and the bill. You have to ask to be served.

Mostly back to normal after eight completely trashed by looters.Escalators are not working yet, but the elevators are.

Its always peaceful and not too crowded. Pleasure to shop there.

My mall of choice lol...I drive from Pinetown to shop here! The service is amazing, throughout the mall. My favorite stores are ,Poetry, @Home, PEP home, and the Chinese mall within the mall.

To do with organization of vaccinations which was well organized. There was a time delay due to vaccines arriving late (1/2 hour) but patience prevailed.

Its convenient and has lots of parking. Large variety of shops (not a huge selection, but you will mostly find what you want there).

Very nice. Be diligent with under ground parking. Those support pillars should have Shevrons painted on them. Lots of parking space. Went to Game. Well stocked . Found what I needed in minutes. Shops are Amazing

Having recently moved to this area I am closest to Watercrest Mall and so most of my shopping takes place here. Its not as large as some malls that I have been to, however it has everything I need. Parking isnt a problem. Neat, clean and airy. And everyone I have encountered has been helpful and friendly.

Dream Bean and Chilli Pot are my new favourite spots 😂

Great mall with plenty, accessible parking. All big retailers and grocery chains available. C19 protocols in place with handwashing etc. Slight lack of dining opportunities.
