I was invited for a interview, once thier zero declaration done at entry, interview was set for a time I was there 20min before once informed reception I was thier was ignored and only attended to 44 min after interview time had passed. Strange how a company can look so professional from the outside but yet fall apart due to its staff which act in a unprofessional manner

The worst admin response and customer care... Had to speak to 4 different levels up the chain... About many issues... Cant gain access to property even with their guard cell fitted..5 Mins before they enter the property on a panic alarm.... . Armed response sees gate lock and windows open... Goes back to van and radios office to ask me what to do... Thats a dangerous joke.... Managers to follow up... Many chats and calls to them... Promises... No delivery...

Pro Secure is useless and a absolute waste of time, I asked for help to view footage of a theft of motor vehicle on Erica Avenue on the 17th of January 2021 and havent received feedback as of today which is the 9th of February 2021... seems they have fake domes in the area which is just for show but of no use to the public. sub-zero stars

Pro Secure was brilliant, in the early years service was great. Now they dont even call when ask tor tech. Take 37min to respond . What happened pro secure.now we forgotten about and yet u paid every month.

Service excellence from all departments

Got the system installed and from the start they have not given what was promised. The service is not what is expected of a security company. They do not realize the importance of an alarm system and that if it is not working it needs to be fixed asap, and not when an opportunity arises. Will not recommend this company as long as they do not respect the field they are in. As a security provider I dont think they are serious about security. Flashy cars doesnt give service. The service is just as bad as the armed response. It took more that 35 minutes for them to arrive. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

As a member of the Kharwastan CPF, I am extremely satisfied with the service offered by Prosecure. We have a dedicated vechile in the area and are now working towards getting the 2nd vehicle in. The vehicle patrols the area 24/7 and investigates any suspicious activities posted by residents. Response time is excellent. Their sales team has dissapointed in the past but there has been major improvements noticed in the past 6 months. Prosecure is still an up & coming security firm in the industry but are leaving a huge footprint. Would definitely recommend their services.

Sales reps will sell you a product , knowingly to a long contract when product is not needed or infringes on existing product you have . Will say anything it seems to sell product . Will then install with possible second hand products . A very dis satisfied experience and will not recommend.

I luv this place because Pro secure is a professional and accommodating company that has high values and qualities and the staff of Pro secure makes you feel welcum assisting you and your business to the best of there abilities with security and other needs.

I live adjacent to their offices and am constantly being watched when I stand at my bedroom window by their gate guards. Their ladies whom work in the night constantly have loud conversations which wake my family in the night as they shout across at the secuirty gaurd in sutton square. Their cars constantly park on the pavement (against the law) . Would not recommend their services to anybody if this is a reflection of their services.
