If the line is cutting, they become aggressive and start shouting at you. Pity I was referring customers to their business but their behaviour was so bad, incompetent, out of telephone etiquettes, ans rude.Please Mpumelelo, hire professional office administrators who will treat your customers with respect, making them be willing to refer more people to your business. I found this so embarrassing.Thank you.

I am learning at Impumelelo security Academy. It is a good school for security . I like to do all my grade at Mpumelelo training .

The place is a busy area, l felt uncomfortable , on the passages there are people who will be seated there and when you pass you go midst , you feel uncomfortable, insecure , the place looks a robbery place.
