This place is unreasonably expensive. The quality of scans is poor. The computers are so old. I went to get a few things scanned and I was told that I need to get my scans from the PC. I was not told I am going to be charged for using the PC. Scans are so easy to do, they could have scanned my documents, taken my email address and emailed it directly to me. I will never go back there. The customer service is also pathetic, the ladies at the counter dont know what they doing, she took so long to scan 9 A3 sheets of paper.

Went to Inkdrop today and got such amazing service. The shop only opens at 9am. I was waiting outside when the staff members arrived and the one lady asked me what I was there for. I told her I wanted to fill the cartridges. She took it from me and said I must come back in 20 minutes. Thank you again for going the extra mile you are really an asset to Inkdrop

I had a very disgusting experience with unprofessional workers they cannot do their work and they adopt a policy where you pay for refill Cartridges every time you buy but when you go to return to get your money suddenly it not their refill they found my invoice on the computer matching their refill which is on their computer system yet they said not refill to try to excape from returning my money you what significant to note that they refill has the print on it to identify it and the numbers which is printed on their own invoices our much of theft is that and they except to satisfy a client people dont need their refill they need their money which they paid for yet they except to bring invoices when they have it on system how much more they could steal and try to excape they then say to get invoice in order to excape paying and just not going the extra mild to to help customers I left the three garage so they can ask them self how good they are to rob people it cost more to go to get to shop but they are not efficient in their work

This place does not even deserve a single star.2clueless ladies when it comes to computers even when a kid is asking for help what the heck they charge R75 for few minutes browsing to print docs.Its not even the first time These ladies have so much attitude,they are rude period.Its like they are doing tou a favor.I wont recommend this business to anyone I know.

I would give this place no stars at all. Terrible customer service. The lady sitting behind the counter, supposedly assisting customers was very rude and aloof. I needed to have a one page document very urgently printed, My gmail account wouldnt let me login on their PC, it kept saying that I was logging in from an unknown location/device. I asked for assistance, that woman showed no inclination to assist me, I asked if I could perhaps email it from my phone to one of them, a store email address perhaps from which they could then print the document for me, she would not even listen to what I had to say. I asked to speak to the manager who was as unhelpful and aloof. I wonder if the owner knows how they treat customers in this store. I will certainly never go back there.
