I heard excellent things about this place so naturally when I decided to get a fish tank, I wanted all the stuff required, from here. I called in & a lady answered, who couldnt even provide me with prices because the man who gives the prices was NOT there. I wasted 7 phone calls to this place. I used the after hours number as well. My calls & Whatsapp messages went unanswered. Such pathetic customer care shows that these people dont value potential customers. NEVER again Qualipet. For the way you treat customers, not only have you lost me as a first time customer, but youve lost me as a future customer as well.
