Kalane and Pauline are totally awesome staff. They are attentive knowledgeable and super friendly to all the customers. What I like is that they remember the names of all their customers which is superb. Customers like me feel like we mean something to the store. Well done Bruce Kinghorn to having such dedicated staff. Def will keep going back even though Pauline has decided to go off to start a new adventure. I am sure Kalane will continue her example.

Great loyalty program, and they are always running specials. Good selection of dog food, pet accessories and medication.
