Approximately 3 weeks ago my daughter had an incident there with a male harassing her to the point that she left. I went today. I locked my car and checked the doors were locked. Went into a shop and left as it was too busy. As I walked out I noticed all my car windows were open. I got into the car and tried to manually lock it. It would not lock. Had to start the car to lock it. Car guard was standing close by. We no longer feel safe here
