Why do you guys treat patients like theyre not humans they dont feel anything ..... Thats not professional I believe the management can do better unless everything in this clinic is as f...ckn bushit as the nurse who helped my girlfriend earlier this morning is...... Can you guys try to grow up put your family member in the patients shoes, how would you feel if she/ he was treated the way you treat patients... No one forced you to go study nursing so do your job which includes making sure that community is happy with the way you treat them if you have problems try taking leave or day off if you cant handle your problems you end up talking to everyone as if they are nothing.....you are not paid to bully patients but youre paid to make sure they get help..... Please management do better tell your employees or units whatever you call them to treat our family members the way they would accept to be treated with Thank you

Pharmacy staff they working to slow they are taking their own time just to help only few patients its been an hour weve been waiting at the pharmacy.

Hey....Tuesday Ingane yam izishise amanzi Abilayo so ngaya e Clinic which is Cato Manor Clinic.....the service they offered was amazing 🤩 it was my first time seeing such place where there’s still people that cares about others ...so they told me to come baq n Friday ngaya futh I was helped with different Nurses but with the same service❤️❤️ But there’s this lady who’s working that side of Emergency/ Dressing room forgot to get the name wow usis wabantu😇😭😭

We got to the clinic at 7.30am yes the line was long but its 2.37 when writing this and still the person I accompanied is still inside. They lost her file and they looked for it for hours. After that they did a new file for her which was turned back by the doctor and gave an instruction for the staff to look for the file. That took very long and now she is still inside. After finding the file the service is still very slow. People who came in way after her have now left the clinic. What kind of service is this? Its been 7 hours waiting to get service from a clinic that is suppose to serve the community. We going on 8 hours waiting now.

The centre has very helpful and friendly staff providing quick service to the public. Here you get different kinds of health services including circumcision, lud insertions, labour and a whole lot.

We were put in a very cold place and they told us its the flu clinic. When I asked where the nurses were they said in a meeting. Its been an hour and a half and they still in a meeting. With Covid happening I expected everything to be fast. Disappointed

The facility is clean. The security personnel maintains order so well. The nursing staff is very organized and helpful. Quickest service Ive ever received in a public facility EVER! GOD BLESS THEM

It was my first time in this clinic and I was certisfied about the service no complain at all great staff very helpful from the security, reception to the nurses keep up the good work.

They are short staffed all the time

Most vital thing its safe,and not far from the police station.Big building enough staff to help 2 to3 hours service.

I had a great experience my child and all the other kids were treated with love from the nurses, they nurses know what the doing they play with the kids while checking for temp and hight and weight, the nurses work as a team and they very fast at what they do😍

It is a great place, especially on Primary Healthcare. There is a range of services offered. There is Voluntary Counselling and Testing, Antenatal Care, Immunisation, Eye department and Minor Ailments. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The way the staff treats you is healing. The only disadvantage is that it operates only during the day and closes at night.

They take care of people who are sick and they give you full attention and help

Cato manor is a very incredible place these nothing we can complain about.
