Great service and decent lighting to choose from. Ample parking. My only reason to rate 3 instead of 4 or 5, i had to wait outside Bluff Meats for 10 minutes before I could continue my journey to Zebbies. I know this is outside their control but Im sure after this review is read, they will approach Bluff Meat management to ensure Zebbies customers are not inconvenienced.

Navigation isvery poor as the navigator does not direct you to drive into the springfield value centre.Signage is faded shop is right next to the Nike factory store...however,convenient shopping and pleasant store assistants.

Had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Zebbies service staff. Like most people, I work from 08:00 - 16:00, unfortunately Zebbies only does service calls between 09:30 -13:00 and only on days which are seemingly convenient to the manager. After months of trying to arrange a service for my ceiling fans,which included the service team failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment, I finally gave up when the manager said: You called us for a service, so you must adjust your time to suit us. Their shiny new showroom and eager sales staff is where the pleasant experience ends, once the sale is made youre on your own, their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

Is wheelchair friendly. Has ample parking including wheelchair parking. Staff very professional and had good product knowledge. I was served by a sales person named Petros who was always smiling, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.

We needed to buy a chandelier and of course googled lighting places .We found 2 in Springfield of which Zebbies had the better website .We selected a product and called the next day .We were told it was available and I requested it to be set aside. I drove there and found the most welcoming place and my order ready. The store and building is amazing - well-stocked with quality wares.
