I want to buy inverter and battery pack to back up a 220 gate motor.I was told to get someone in to do it.

Stood outside for ages to get in to the store, which is messy and disorganised with a small selection on display. Was asked to see options in their catalogue/book? Why not just put your catalog online and spare us all the bad customer experience of the shop. Its been a year of COVID nobody wants to drive to shop to look at a catalogue, time to adapt.

I waited today exactly 30 mins to get into store another 10 mins to get my purchase. Your staff are pleasant but your system is rediculouse no other store has this type of non sensical entry mode. Whilst I waited 1 customer In front of me left in frustration he was an electrician!! I will not go back untill things improve

Covid protocols mean some waiting at the gate. Service not bad too, pity the pricing is not as competitive as it used to be, for the man in the street. The breaker I needed was cheaper at Builders.

Can be somewhat of a wait for service and do not have stock of some items at times.
