The director of mesmerize a lady who spoke to me has no telephonic etequet at all I purchased goods via Voltex and told the consultant that I was not sure if it was the correct goods and they were not correct when I returned the stock the next day I had all sorts of stories about we dont do returns an can take anything anything back am still charged me a 15 percentile handling fee all the product was still packaged as recievedShe was (mesmerize ) just arrogant on the pH an has no idea about customer serviceStock was returned to Voltex and I spent a further amount purchasing from a different companyI would not be able to recommend mezmerize to anyone wishing to make a purchase of there goods
