Can the people working in this shop (Spitz) understand that this is big shop, selling top elegant items. The shop is there to sell good & elegant items so that it will make profit for the owners... I nearly left the shop without item I drove (there) for to buy (in cash, but using my account card)... I was told that they cannot allow me to buy the item, bcos I couldnt produce my ID or drivers license (that I left in the car which was parked very far from the shop). Up until I walked out to verify with KG shop if what I was told was true, and to find out if is there anything I can do about the situation; and thats when I was advised (by KG) that if I pay first, then I will be able to buy the item...but nobody advised me so in Spitz that I had that option. Ive made a full payment, and I finally was able to buy the item....but after unreasonable delay.... if any new changes or requirements are made & implemented, please advise us (by sms or emails, etc.) before we even drive to shops. I dont have a problem with any changes, but just let us know to avoid any unnecessary delays & inconvenience. We end up fighting the Sales Persons, bcos of frustration that could have been avoided if the information was shared earlier. Thanks for selling us good & elegant items... real appreciate. Plse, bring back VIP.

If possible I would rate no stars! Worst service ever from the so called assistant manager. Who blames a customer for a defective product? Wait wait..the assistant manager from spitz at the pavilion!
