Bought a leather polo wallet that tore within a month. Store was great with regards to taking it back for repairs. Unfortunately, they didnt bother to follow up with me after that and I have to keep calling. Each call is a new excuse. Was told in store that repairs is 3 to 4 weeks. Its past 5 weeks now and not once has the store called me to update me. The staff seem to take offense and take it personally if you call to follow up. They took my details twice and said they would call back and never did. Wouldnt recommend buying anything from here that may potentially need repairs.Thanks for replying, unfortunately we were told 3 to 4 weeks and it took 5. My husband went to the store yesterday and the wallet they gave him was the same thing with the same tear. Then they told him he should have asked for a replacement (why didnt they tell us this when we came in 5 weeks ago?). Ladies also gave him a hard time insisting the tear is on all their wallets and it comes like that. Just overall terrible customer support, but the staff only want to argue their own opinions. Husband says when he spoke to you though he felt you listened and gave a solution. Thanks for your assistance.
