After getting a spam email from you guys it reminded me about how terrible your service was. You salesman was the epitome of a slimy used car salesman, he lied to us, lied to our bank before we could stop him, tried to deliver a car with different number plates on the front and back, and literally made me want to Dettol my entire body after test driving the vehicle with him that close. I really hope that anybody I love doesnt have to endure the disease to humanity that Ravi is. Now I need to go wash my hands just from thinking of you guys. 🤮

I was on Jeep service department. What a pathetic service. Customer service does not exist. The I dont care attitude is the name of the game. The long bearded guy in the front desk on the service side does not know the customers.I feel like selling my Jeep today.My vehicle went for service and got told that they dont have service parts; and I must being it next week. What a disgrace on the brand name.
Bad service. I called to take in my Tata bakkie for a service. A lady named anele very un professional. They made me call a out 10 times without ever calling me back. Service is pathetic. I ended up opting to do my service at turners tata in pinetown. Much more better and competent.

This is the worst Kia service department. They only say things to please the customer, but dont show any action. My truck as picked up an oil leak 2 weeks ago and it only has 4000km on it so I made an appointment and I was at the service department at 7 in the morning , so I spent the whole day there and at the end of the day they said my truck was repaired but when I woke up the next morning it was still leaking so I had to take time out from work to go there again only to hear that they made a mistake by telling me it was fixed when it wasnt and the manager has said that he will sort everything out by this week Monday or Tuesday, but they havent even contacted me as yet and my truck is still leaking oil.

Even when she was slightly delayed with feedback she would call me to say she hasnt forgotten about me and that she would get back to me shortly. I must say she definitely has the power to surprise! She, along with the team of Kia Pinetown really made the experience of fetching my vehicle a true celebration! She didnt just sell me a car, she sold me an experience - an experience I will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Its OK. I went looking for a 2nd Hand 7 seater SUV, but they didnt have any at the time, so my visit was brief.The staff were very helpful and quick to greet us when we got there which is more than I can say for several other dealerships in the area.

Long waits on the phone, with each person you speak to referring you to a different department. I got no straight answers and very unhelpful service when it came to finding out how much a service with parts would cost. Can only describe my experience as confusing, disorganized and frustrating. This lead me to get the work on my vehicle done at a different company entirely.

Disgusting service on my second visit. I left my car with them for a manifold repair that took 6 days to complete. My calls were not returned. The repair was done in under an hour on the sixth day while I waited for my car from 16:00 to 17:30 and my car was not even cleaned.
