I had a not so bad stay there.Room 19 second floor, the bathroom(shower) was not clean so I must that was not pleasant please Tudor House Hotel you can do better.

Lovely and very friendly staff. The rates were fair and me and my group really loved our stay there.

The rooms were super clean and beautiful everything was perfect except for the staffs noise in the morning to those rooms on the ground floor but otherwise everything was perfect

Tudor hotel is like my family home in Durban is in a very safe area and very close to ICC where my event also takes place, great room service too and affordable

I am not happy at all. Theres nothing good about this hotel. Its not clean, there are not towels, no mats, no microwave, the aircon is not working, the TV only has 2 channels. There are even cockroaches in the room.

Tudor houses is not clean , smelling with very old and tone couches , the sheets are cream to brown in colorAnd it will never be clean as they used pensioners (old males )for cleaning

Clean surroundings, front line staff at hand at all times, but some room equipment not up to standard, had a few issues with aircon and TV reception and hotel free wifi connection

The place was dirty, towels never on time, TV has a very bad signal... Showers are filthy but they wanted R600 over the weekend... Im never booking here again...

Booking & checkin process was good (2 nights stay/weekend),friday night we couldnt sleep, some guest were drinking,singing, shouting even swearing in the corridors till 03:15 in the morning, when we complained at Reception,the Receptionist said theres nothing he couldve done barring in mind we paid full amount,of which the Hotel doesnt have Policies especially noise .Rooms- disappointing ,mattress condition is a disaster & the dressing table was falling apart.WHAT A DISASTER EXPERIENCE I HAD AT TUDOR HOTEL.I wouldnt recommend it even to my worst enemyRoom

Good accommodation when low on budget, there is street parking, covered parking is available at extra cost.

No towels, no shower mats, they dont change sheets, no plates 🤔 what a hotel....

I was placed on the last floor which looks like a failed extension. It looks like modified shacks. The bed was also like a hand down from years ago. Terrible experience!!

Tudor house hotel was good but when I checked in, they gave me a wrong key and the room had already been prepared for another couple set to celebrate their anniversary. It was very uncomfortable walking in finding all the settings and then chased out....do better next time!

It was good, spent little time there, only the price which might be due to festive.

At a fraction of a price you get comfort and cleanliness. The hotels were packed and I had to settle for this one after a meeting, but no regrets whatsoever for less than R500... A true bargain! But kindly book online and request a first floor room... FIRST FLOOR! thank me later

Nice Rooms

On arrival on the 15 of February2020, the porter was on his cellphone chatting the receptionist did not even greeted. Ive made an attempt to greet but she ignored me point blank. Lots of scaly characters hanging around. We had to go and ask for towels. There were a stench hanging in the room and it was not fresh.When we share our concerns with the owner on Monday. His response was that his hotel is not really for grand people it is for walk-ins from the street, therefore he dont even offer parking facilities.

Worst hotel to stay in night shift staff are not friendly at all the gentlemen gave me a room right upstairs. Looked so dodgy as you walk up to the room theres huge rats running up nd down and when i went to complain the guy told he know there are rats so i asked for a refund so i can go else were he had an attidue and said no refunds

Its a beautiful simple place. Not too costly but definitely will satisfy all your needs concerning accommodation

They dont make plans for early check in time. 3pm check-in is ridiculous

Their services have changed. I have used the hotel more than 3 times but my last experience was bad. The hotel is clean, lot of things have changed no towels in the rooms no kettle or microwave let alone cups and tea. I was disappointed as I dont know them like this. When you need an iron you can only use it at the laundry room. I dont think Ill book again of the services dont go back to normal.
