Friendly staff and great breakfast. I liked their 24 hours secured parking. Ill definitely come again.

The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist all the way to the cleaners. the cleanliness in our room was excellent even though the shower was a bit too small, and the food was okay. I had a great time and I would definitely recommend it to others. hopefully, Ill be back soon.

That 2 star is for white and clean linen. Either than that. The receptionist with blond hair is very rude. There are no bar fridges in the rooms. People make noise without anyone telling them anything, until you wake up from your sleep.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly...Claiming that they were strict on noise...The next morning when I wanted to make a cup of coffee there seemed to be old decaying vomit in the kettle...Our shower either goes extremely hot or extremely cold,no in-between....Our AC just stopped working the first night...They served us baked beans and pork sausage after not even asking what our dietary needs were...To take the cake was when there were people literally having a party next to us at 1 am in the morning...I called and complained 4 times in the span of 2 hours before something was done about that...I have pictures of how gross the showers look and the vommit in the kettle... I am very disappointed in what I received , especially for the price...decided to book out and go to Pavilion Hotel...I strongly do not recommend this place...

Not impressed at all. I was given a key that doesnt open, the manager/owner came and opened with her master card, I went inside the room and the door doesnt close from inside, I dad to lift it to close. Rooms dont have refreshment table for coffee/tea and water. Come breakfast time, everyone is served the same thing there is no variety to choose from... When I confronted the lady she told me we are family now and I shouldnt be like that. 😏Ma Kwaaande™

It was very clean, and quiet, staff very friendly. The ladies that served food were well mannered, never lost a thing. The parking behind the hotel is very tight, u need excellent parking skills if u arrive late when there is little to no space. Its also very close to the beach and nice restaurants

Had a lovely stay 4 days stay at this plase. Rate includes delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable and covered all all basic amenities like bedding, hot showers, tea+coffee , room service , etc.. Free wifi that works and walking distance to shops and shopping centre. Friendly staff and reasonable daily rate. Breakfast served in the rooms due to covid_19 protocols.

Parking space was very tight the first night. 2 occasions where people in the hotel are not wearing masks just chilling at reception, 1 was during the president speech when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and on point. There was no coffee available at all during our 3 night stay. The bed was finished.. I think it needs be replaced. Oh and yes it was affordable for the 3 night stay. Not far from all the attractions. No ashtrays available outside. Cigarette buds everywhere.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay, the receptionist, Siyanda has great hospitality skills. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Horrible 😡😡its been 3 months waiting for them to refund me,been calling them since Feb, they dont respond nor take my calls. Everytime i call its a new story, im fed up.

The place is 5km from the beach but not bad if u do not want noise, the price is amazing. The staff is so friendly they respect clients but only the Security guy who was in for night shift he is not ppl s person.

Room had a musty smell. Need to open windows regularly. Maintenance issues as paint was peeling off in some spots.

Their breakfast is not in a great standard ..they just give you a cheap made juice on a white plastic tumbler without asking you if you want it , theres no tea options in there

Wonderful service and friendly staff.They cater for all your needs.You have shopping centers nearby you as well as a few night places to cool off with friends.

I made the mistake of leaving my windows open. When I came back almost 2 hours later, my smarties sweets, Doritos chips and some coffee and tea sachets were missing. The monkeys stole from me. They even went through my bin🤦🏾‍♀️. Im just glad that all they wanted was food. Otherwise the place is okay, no complaints so far.

Not much to see here. We were booked into what looked to me like ex servant courtiers behind the main hotel. Im not even sure if the rooms in the main hotel are any better. But in my opinion you should not be booking people into the type of room we recieved. Considering the price was the same I was left wondering why this happened to us. Not impressed.

Beautiful experience . Lovely warm welcome at reception. The room was just as per pics. Breakfast was very nice actually above my expectations. Parking area needs some work. My stay was awsome.

Thinnest walls on the planet. Heard all the things that go bump in the night from the couple in the room near mine. Its more of a university dorm. Best part of the stay was the yummy lamb curry. Staff is friendly. Its decent but my experience kinda sucked. Really needed quiet to get some sleep.

The food is bad

We had to complain to be given towels, the noise was unbearable. The Bathroom had leaks. The communal ironing facility was such an inconvenience. This felt more like a student accommodation.

Decent breakfast and clean room, albeit small. I was there over the weekend this last time and got woken up by party people. My previous stay was much better though! Room was bigger and peaceful sleep.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast isnt great. Front desk staff are friendly, but it feels like youre being accused of free eating when you walk into the dining area. TV remote doesnt work. A few missed spots regarding room cleaning. Shower is either frosty or hot like the fires of hell. The addition of an ironing corner is awesome. Specially with travel creased clothes

Great, affordable hotel with one of the best breakfasts that Muslims can enjoy without worry as its halaal. Would be even better if there was a small fridge and microwave in rooms but they will store leftovers in kitchen for you and heat it up for you as well. Cant recommend it more great experience...

Few of the stuff are open and friendly while other is like they have eaten periperi and wisely they dont have safety kid, if mistaken can injured as a guest is in your own, u have to call ambulance for yourself.

The hotel is clean but they realy have to upgrade. The beds are broken, access card dnt work at times, no coffee to other rooms, u drink water from the toilet basin its not so on but the staff is so friendly and helpful. To the staff keep it up guys

Waiting a long even though good food takes time

If youre not afraid of a a place needing some maintenance from water problems here and there, give this place a chance. I believe youll be pleasantly surprised.Ps. If youre one that complains about things easily - dont go - as youll find plenty wrong Id youre really looking. Minor in my eyes though. The staff were excellent. So nurturing. And the food was super. Breakfast is free and dinner is very affordable. Great security too.

Beds are not in a good state

It was very clean and cozy just wished there would be a coffee and tea table and a hair dryer in the room. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel provides old towels that are torn - particularly in hugger towels, when showering the water runs down the bedroom floor. Nothing much to control the flow of water. Otherwise it is ok with lovely staff members.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are small. Looks good from the outside but the rooms are the exact opposite

Its an alright place. Personally, I wouldnt chose this place to stay, I only had to for work. The breakfasts are good, but Im not a fan of the hotel itself. One thing that really irritated me was I wanted to shower before work and there was no hot water and the room I was staying in is really small and was really really basic. Its not completely terrible, but not for me.

It was not a nice experience at all, room wasnt clean, had to eat while sitting on the bed, came back at 3pm and my room wasnt cleaned yet. We didnt even have a glass to drink water in our room. They need to improve this facilify

Reading all the reviews, I was actually regretting having booked at this hotel UNTIL I actually got there and found that most of the reviews were wrong friendly staff, clean rooms, everything inside the room worked besides the telephone. It looks like its being renovated slowly but surely, an expensive exercise. Its not in my opinion a family vacation hotel, but for business folk or tourists needing a safe place to stay its great, will I go back if I need a place to stay in durbs, yes.

This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. It is cheaper than others but they should try and do a good job. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. After comrades I phoned when we booked and asked if there was stairs and they said no! When we arrived there was stairs into the hotel and stairs to get to the lift!! The front desk staff were unfriendly as well as the rest of staff around. Breakfast was not great and a very small crowed dining room. We wont go back.
