Staff was very helpful in the shop my concern if somebody can help why the shop do not have temperature scanners at entrance?

My go to place for a quick lunch! Amazing food, great prices and awesome service! Highly recommended, even if it’s just for a cup of coffee. They have an amazing selection of cakes and pastries. The menu has amazing options, from breakfast to lunch, all at reasonable prices! They have a harvest table at lunch time with healthy, nutritious food that is not too expensive. They also have the best iced coffee, called frosted latte! Never had a bad experience at a Woolworths cafe!

The Woolworths store at the La Lucia Mall is excellent in terms of their food selection, quality of clothes and other products. Woolworths make the shopping experience for their customers enjoyable. Their coffee corner (shop) is absolutely delightful and always worth visiting. The staff are very helpful and friendly - service is very good, quite efficient and professional. I highly recommend the Woolworths Coffee Corner - you can order breakfasts, lunches and other meals and they have a variety of beverages.

Great for food shopping and conveniently located if you dont feel like driving to Gateway... their clothes selection is poor though. Woolworths in Gateway has a much better clothing and food section.

Good dayI have spoken to about 20 different people on the telephone and been to a few of the shops.This morning I called AGAIN to ask where my card is and got a totally different story that I had to go to Gateway and ask them to try to make a card so the system would kick them out and the an account number would be created and then I could get my card form another store - some nonsence like that????? Sounds like BS? All the calls are recorded- go and listen to them, Please will someone go and listen to all my calls, this is not a hoax.After this story I called La Lucia branch- YAY their scanner is finally fixed so I can go there and collect my card.Off I go in my lunch hour---- THEY HAVE LOST MY DOCUMENTS. Im not joking, they have lost my documents. The lady (I am certain was lying) said she spoke to head office and they said she cannot issue my card as head office said they need my payslips and documents. WHAT A BLATANT LIE. She was covering her behind because she lost my fica documents.Why would they still need documents when I have e-mails and smses saying please come collect your card, your account is approved. This is not even starting the story with my store card- I have been waiting for that for 4 months. No i am not joking- FOUR MONTHS.I even received a call from a lady on my work number week before last week saying head office will print the card and have it delivered to La Lucia for me. BS....... The lady I called this morning said that is not possible because on their system there is no account number created.Please will someone give me a straight answer.RegardsHedyHow is it that Woolworths- an international company cannot get their act together? How are people allowed to LIE to the customers?

Convenience store with clean environment. Sells food with high quality, and I use it often when in a rush.
