At the time of my visit, there was no electricity, staff were confused in what to do. A variety of clothes and sizes were available. Was not crowded

Not very wide range for men and boys clothing as opposed to other branches... Sizes issue at this store.. Today was a nightmare as it was steaming in that store just one big fan at the entrance.. Dont think aircons were working on this hot day

Stock was low, as usual, I had to get the attention of someone who was sitting behind the counter on her phone who then looked at me, rolled her eyes and yelled cashier please! across the store. Wont go back there. The one on Argyle road is much better.

The store is loaded and good service

They didnt have the size I was looking for and they didnt have a barcode so I stood by the counter for an hour or more

I was cool

Upon entering staff available on floor offerring assistance. I was offerred a trolley since I have a habit of not taking one. I was lost and mesmerised with the thought of accessories and decor to scented candles and kitchen utensils then bedding and curtains. I got a good deal on a heater. I found crockery of which I had purchased from another unbranded store at a cheaper price which was more expensive here. Overall good service. I did however notice the open office area shared with other retailers is not gated and possible access to unauthorized people who make unnecessary mess and some foul scents of which I wont mention.

Small store not very neat and clean. Staff not very friendly but maybe because of the weather?

Not much color options and they have stock all over the floor..I tripped over stock on the floor which was not packed
