Long waits at dispensary and at checkout. 6 stations maximum 2 manned at checkout. Cmon

1. Why have a telephone number when you never answer the phone?2. They have everything but the kitchen sink packed to the rafters on haphazardly placed shelving from top to the floor - youd have to suspend yourself upside down to read the labels & prices of products packed onto the bottom shelves!4. Theres no place to swing a mouse - much less social distance - inside this cramped shop. Sick people are forced to breathe, cough & sneeze right onto you. Really!!! Is the manager of Clicks blind, deaf & dumb?5. Even the pharmacy assistants - we assume they have some medical knowledge & training - are content to just stand behind their protective screen, like robots, just automatically reading the scripts & dispensing medication. Cant an automated dispensing machine, powered by artificial intelligence, dispense medication? It will be quicker, more efficient & definitely answer questions more courteously.3. Clear directives are NOT printed and posted on the wall near dispensary regarding the ticketing system - only when youre at the ticket dispensing machine do you realise whats to be done. There is no sanitiser to use on ones hands or sanitising wipes to use on the ticket dispenser once done. So much for hygiene!2. I had my script emailed to me as Id forgotten to take it when I went to my doctor. I went to Clicks Windermere with the printed script.After waiting for some 20 minutes, I arrived at the assistant when my no. was called - only to be told -loudly- that they will not accept the emailed copy from me. They will only accept it if it is emailed to them directly. What a waste of my valuable time, and fuel!No attempt to call the doctors rooms to verify script; no attempt to check my record on the system - Ive been a customer at this particular dispensary for the last 10 years! No courtesy. No apology. Absolutely unprofessional & unhelpful.

Please teach the staff how to answer the telephone, the person answers and then just cut the call. Happened twice and the other 6 times it just rang till the call cut itself. If the store cannot serve customers, it rather stay closed

Dispensary staff (prescription medicine) rude to customers.If youre fourth in the queue, you may as well leave the shop and come back another time.Communication with customers is awful, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel like youre somehow in the wrong.No congeniality whatsoever.This is the last straw for me. I never give bad reviews, but this has been going on for too long.If you cant deal with the public, then you shouldnt be in a client-facing role. We owe you nothing, and can always take business elsewhere.

I was minding my own business in front a particular shelf when an employee and a difficult customer walked up to the same shelf, pretended I wasnt there, breathed all over me to the point where I could taste their breath. I got such a fright I just froze in place. I contacted customer services and was helped by a friendly lady who tried to set up a phone call between me and the shop, as I cant always answer the phone. They have not called me once. Do not go to this store if you do not want to be breathed upon in the middle of a pandemic.

Unbelievable service from the pharmacy. I am amazed and utterly astounded at the brilliant service we received from the pharmacists at Clicks Windermere Center.We purchased some suppositories for our son today and by an unfortunate misunderstanding, we received the incorrect dosage. Jared only noticed the issue when he got home. We called the pharmacy. They were so apologetic and they went over and beyond to make it rightNevana, the pharmacist, displayed such care and concern for our son and went to great lengths to ensure that we got the correct suppositories.In a time where the innocent workers at the various branches of Clicks are being unfairly targeted by angry mobs, we must remember that there are good people who understand their calling and who work for the benefit of the customer.

I much prefer Musgrave Clicks to this store. ALWAYS OUT OF PRODUCTS .. PLEASE STOCK UP on items.Items like sanitizer were marked for a certain price but when went to the cashier they charged me a higher price.

Pharmacy service is quick and convenient with the new ticket system.

Got my script wrong 3 times... December chronic, January (when I was too sick to notice immediately and they now refuse to fix) and now my January chronic medication. Im not going back anytime soon.

Today the ques where a bit longer then usual.

Absolutely poor service! Please can you get friendly people especially at customer service. The lady doesnt even greet!!! The others dont know how to check the order number. I ordered online and its a nightmare to pick up.

This store is well situated with easy access. This store is not too big and has low traffic volumes -queues are never more than three deep( at least when I have been). Staff ( pharmacists and other ) are friendly and efficient.

Bought chocolate bunnies on special. All had worms at the bottom. Returned immediately. Supervisor took our number for manager to contact us. 1 week still no reply. Atrocious

Bad!! Staff are so slow and half asleep!I forgot an item that I purchased from another store and when I went back 10mins later it was gone. Store was empty and the cashier says he never saw it and has no clue what Im talking about even after I spoke to him and told him it was from other store. They told me to come look for it myself. Worst!!!

The slowest pharmacy in Durban, Im afraid. Ive gone there fairly frequently, but over the last two to three months the service has become worse and worse. Slow, clueless and understaffed - sad!!!
