They make you wait outside in the heat and take their own time to open up. Theyre supposed to open up at 9am. A woman literally fainted outside the shop from standing in the heat waiting got them to open up the store. Can clearly see that their customers dont come first in their eyes.

Expect a long waiting experience at this store, other Clicks stores are more efficient.

1. There is no one enforcing social distancing outside the store.2. There is no communication as to how patrons are allowed entering the store. You supposedly have two queues. One to go to the pharmacy and another to just shop. There already exists a long line outside the store due to people saying they want to just do shopping but instead joining the pharmacy line once in the store in an effort to skip the mentioned pharmacy queue.3. You have blatant notices outside the store, by the SAPC, instructing all patrons to wear masks before entering the store otherwise the pharmacy will refuse service. But your own security guard is wearing a mask for fashion by the looks of it around his chin.

Queensburgh Clicks store has a very bad service. They dont know how to speak to customers in a polite manner or even assist them in a proper way. I was so dissatisfied with how they handled my query.

Tried for 3 days to speak to someone. The Pharmacy is rather busy, and understand this, however Clicks needs to become the Clicks of the 70s 80s and 90s. Im an ex employee and we were passionate and driven...What has happened??? Even when they do answer the phone, it sounds as though they are not even awake. Very disgruntled.

Lucky enough to get 1 star - seen as there is no option of no stars. Never ever have stock apparently the supplier is always out of stock. Short dispense medicines without having the decency to tell you, that apparently there stock is finished and can only dispense half of the chronic meds even through the sticker on the meds claims its been fully dispensed.

They are close to shop but the stock thats on special are always short on shelfs .Staff are not very friendly when asked for help .

The service at the pharmacy is pathetic. Why have a collect queue if you still have to wait forever for your meds. Perhaps if the staff actually greeted and smiled, you could overlook their incompetence. Clicks Malvern, you need to up your game

Never have good service at this Clicks. Unfortunately it is the closest branch. Staff are unhelpful and arrogant. Often dont have items and the excuse is this is a small branch - even their own Clicks products are not fully stocked. Would love it if Dischem opened up in Queensburgh!!

They have most medications in stock and if not they are willing to order for you.

Shocking. My first, and most probably last visit to this Clicks. Something was messed on the floor in the self medication queue, and had newspaper placed over it to mop it up. It smelt as if it could have been vomit, however, irrespective of what it was, it is unacceptable that it was not cleaned up the entire time I was in the store(at least 15 minutes). I mentioned it to the pharmacist who dispensed my medication, as well as the cashier when I paid. They expressed a fair amount of surprise, said they know nothing about it, but also did nothing about it. I will not be rushing back to Queensburgh Clicks any time soon.
