As I dont live in Durban North any longer and had to deal with Clicks Kensington Square to assist my daughter who is a VC in Durban North I was assisted by a staff member named Noxolo. What a pleasure dealing with her. He assistance was fantastic. Well done young lady you are an asset to Clicks.

This is unfortunately the worst Clicks I have ever been into. Definitely do not shop here anymore. Staff so disinterested, it’s amazing that the clicks brand are unaware of this store’s way under par performance.30.7.21 16 hrs have just taken my employee for her vaccine, nobody to monitor their door, nobody inside even interested, found one employee who was so busy pulling up his fly and getting his belt in order, after tucking in his shirt. Asked where I should take my employee inside for the vaccine only to be told that Clicks is out of vaccines due to the looting.There was a A4 inconspicuous notice on the window. Could never have seen this from the busy road, only noticeable if it’s pointed out. Really Clicks up your game.

As this store is closest to where we live, placed online order for collection, rushed from work in Hammarsdale yesterday to collect online order at 17h05 to find the store closed yet the CLICKS website and other sites show trading hours until 18h00. Very disappointing! Unfortunately no one in the CLICKS organisation remembered to update the website because its a damn inconvenience!

Ive phoned them everyday for a week to check if my meds are ready for collection. I still have not spoken to anyone

I phoned to get delivered medicine as I am worried I have Covid at the moment and do not want to go out to other people but they only do chronic med delivery. I was shocked as they would rather have their customers be at risk than accept a delivery of that sought.

Phoned ahead to find out the operating hours, was told they close at 17:00. Arrived at 16:40 and the staff had closed and were refusing to allow patrons in, even with a sign on the door stating that they close at 17:00. Had to call the manager and complain to be allowed in. Once inside, the aircon had been switched off already and the store was very hot and quite full.

I have an emergency and need my medication and the guy open the door and closed it in my face how rude I will he taking it future

African Pharmacists very lazy. I had a 6 months repeat on a medication. Apparently its out of stock nationaly and I must go to other Pharmacys to see if they have stock. I asked if a generic was available and Was told to go back to my doctor to change the script when she could have phoned to sort it out.I took my Script to Dischem no issues. Thank you wont be going here again.

Disgusting service from the management! Make sure you check all the prices when u get to the till as they are always wrong. When I informed the managed of this they just scanned it in twice and tried to double charge me.When I said there was something wrong as it was not the correct price, I was given such attitude from the Manager on duty.Never had such horrible service from a Clicks before.

Only 1 or 2 Pharmacist on duty. This is not a large shop and sometimes you cant get what you wany

Staff not on time, and also dont know how to speak to customers. Definitely wont be going back to this Clicks.
