Lovely place with a variety of wood on offer, as well as sizes. Dont have a clue about wood, however their lovely and friendly staff were very much up to the task of assisting me and getting me on my way, extremely satisfied.

My experience has only been a massive disappointment. I confirmed that they had stock and when I drove all the way there, NO Stock. This company would do anything to get you to there shop. Recommend you to buy other nonsense that I dont want.

Worst service ever!Sheena is absolutely rude, thinks she knows it all when infact does not and shouts when speaking. Absolutely unprofessional. Pricing is also not competitive. Cheaper to go directly to the big suppliers.

Pathetic service, they take your money for the products that they dont even have stock off and they are so unhelpful. I find it so ridiculous that the managers dont know how to deal with a a situation and you cannot even speak to the directors because they do not deal with customers!

My father after conducting business for over 20 years with Pine Timber in Springfield Park, was treated in an inhumane manner by this company. They supplied us a PG Bison Melawood sample box ( which we are noe told is incorrect ) and the order of incorrect boards is something we must deal with. I tried to reason with the owner that if PG Bison is their supplier and if their supplier gave the wrong sample box should he not take it up with them. He refused to listen, raised his voice at my father and told him he is incompetent, my father is a carpenter from the age of 20. I am disgusted to know that business like this has no regard for people and no customer care. Being yelled and screamed at in front of staff and other customers is highly undignified and unprofessional. Especially their sales rep did not ask my father what finish he wanted (peen or linear), we went according to the sample box.I would not advise to people in carpentry industry.

Pine Timber staff were helpful when we were there. Afterwards it was an unpleasant experience. Cashier promised to deliver at the certain day and time. We would be waiting and calling and being lied to every time. When the wood was finally delivered some pieces were cut wrong. The last drop was when the delivery people wanted to leave the wood for my 78 old father to carry to the 3rd floor. We tried several times to give this biz a chance but were going to look elsewhere now.

Waited for almost a month for an order. Eventually after several phone calls and several trips to the store 75% of my order was released however I had to pay 100% of the quoted price. Also when i reached home I realised that the job was incomplete and had to return to the store on a separate day to sort this out. Staff in the cutting area promise to call you but they never do. Make sure you contact the person that takes your order at the front desk if you need assistance for anything.

Friendly staff and I got my colors, so I am a happy client, hoping my cutting will be ready soon.

Waited more than 2 months for the order already. Im still calling them like 5 times per day and they still say my order is not ready as they are out of stock. Mind you I have paid the invoice in full and they didnt tell me that they are out of stock before I made payment. Bad bad service. you can even see it on how they spell Springfeild on their address. Id never recommend them to anyone or ever use them again!!

Placed and paid for an order. They didnt deliver on the agreed date. I had made a trip to them and eventually they delivered but only to find that the material hasnt been supplied correct and board sizes were wrongly cut... they disappointed big time.

The worse ever , they don’t know what they are doing ,they don’t listen to your order properly even if you have to reacted it 3 times then all the cut is wrong and you have to pay for it because they don’t care .poor in every aspect .never ever again
