We dont mix Macro paint. If you dont buy it here, I cant help you he says in his condescending sneer. No worries bud, Builders helped us. We also happened to buy all the other things needed for our reno from them, which was a heck of a lot more than the paint we got with our Ebucks at Macro. Im a little mad at myself for going here in the first place, as I have never received good service at Halls Mica. Avoided them successfully for about 8 years. Only went because my husband hadnt experienced bad service from them. That was until we offended the owner with our purchase. It was a classic case of You see why I dont shop here?. We went across the road to Salajees, and while they couldnt help us either, the level of service is without reproach. I would recommend them any day. But this lot? No. Nope. Nada.

This hardware as you see it is no more, they closed and moved to central Toti, while shopping the owner is overbearing he seems to want to follow you everywhere constantly asking if he can help, and to top it off the prices are not competitive enough to justify purchasing here.

Very rude owner/manager who is nasty to staff (I would never work there) and nasty to customers. Ive gone in a few times because of good specials, but walked out every time without purchasing anything because of such a horrible customer service experience.
