Wow what a great start to day. As we all know Load shedding started last Friday so everybody dusted off the generators. So understandable JMM powertools were flooded with repairs. I stopped by this am and was explained about back log but staff took time just to give it a quick check and was just a spark plug that they fixed while I waited. No no no, what a bad customer service. Employees will tell you different prices as if they just take them from their heads, they over charge. As for the guy who tried to rob me at the counter, I had to do my own calculations using my phone
