Worse service they employees especially monica bassa are very rude and does not know how to communicate with customers when you are complaining she will tell you she is doing you a favour by offering there services that you as a customer are paying for even if theres a delay they do not inform you as a customer and at the end of the day you as a customer are to blame

Everything one needs is there, the staff is also willing to assist with any questions regarding building, color choices and other construction or plumbing related queries. They offer hardware, gardening , plumbing and custom made concrete pillars.

Hey they dont keep the best quality stock, but , the quality of their stock is quite good value for money , staff and management are very friendly and helpful , 4 star because theres always... room to improve ....

Bassa is nt trustworthy they dnt offer good service.,they mix 2 deliveries In one truck while we pay individually, every morning fr 3 days u hv to fetch your delivery. So selfish and mean management.
